I can’t recommend Grogans Mill Pet Clinic enough. All of the staff has been so warm and welcoming towards me, an insanely anxious pet owner. Dr.Doherty and Katelyn are literally amazing. Katelyn goes above and beyond in everything she does and Dr.Doherty is incredible. Thank y’all for everything you do for our fur babies!!

Our kitty girls have only known Dr. Dave as their doctor. He and his staff are very knowledgeable as well as personable.
I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Grogans Mill Pet Clinic to anyone in search of a pet clinic they can trust for their pets!

Bruno and I enjoyed our first visit here. He was behind on some of his shots, but they didn’t shame me and made sure I was educated and let me know how healthy Bruno was. Dr. Stephanie Hutchinson truly is sweet and will love your baby!

I can’t thank everyone enough for the care and compassion they showed us yesterday. We had the horrible task of having to say goodbye to our beloved Scout. Brianna at the front desk was so very helpful and the techs and the doctor were so loving and thoughtful walking us through the whole goodbye process- a light on a dark moment.
They are my new vet clinic ?

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Grogans Mill Vet. Despite being seen in the last few minutes before closing, it became apparent that their rush to accommodate me was merely a guise for their money-grabbing tactics. My dog was suffering from severe complications following her spayed surgery, including an infection and a pronounced case of kennel cough. Despite my concerns, the veterinarian only provided antibiotics for the infection and completely disregarded the cough and my requests for pain relief. To add insult to injury, they whisked my dog away for a checkup without allowing me to accompany her. After a brief examination, they sent me off with a hefty bill of $106, leaving my dog's cough unaddressed and worsening. When I called a day later to express my dog's deteriorating condition, I was callously informed that another examination would cost nearly $60. Their suggestion to "wait it out" while my dog suffered was utterly unacceptable. Refusing to subject my pet to further neglect, I sought help elsewhere and found South Creek Animal Clinic. Not only were they able to see us promptly, but they also provided a thorough examination, diagnosing my dog with a severe case of kennel cough and a viral infection that, if left untreated, could have led to pneumonia. They prescribed multiple medications and charged less than $100 for their services. Thanks to South Creek Animal Clinic, my dog is doing significantly better and is improving with every passing day. In summary, Grogans Mill Vet's lack of care and inadequate diagnosis have cost me time, money, and, most importantly, my pet's well-being. Save yourself the trouble and seek veterinary care elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews like I was.

The only vet I will take my dogs to. They really care about my boys. The technicians and veterinarians are all nice, talk sweetly to my dogs, and always make sure they’re comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
