I visited Green & White Automotive for the first time for an oil change this past week. I went in detail on a particular concern regarding a part, he knew exactly what I was talking about and reassured me it was not a problem. I noticed everyone who went in after me are repeated customers and seemed very happy with Jake and his team. Not only was the atmosphere very welcoming but to notice Jake actually cares about his customers' satisfaction is really a huge plus. Thank you Green & White Automotive, Jake for your excellent and professional customer service. God bless your business.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto service location. Price was great, service was top notch, quality of work was 100%, and they went out of their way to show appreciation for using them. They followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the service and ensured all was good with my vehicle. On top of all that they provided shuttle service without long wait times.

If Google had 10 * rating system, that wouldn't be enough. These guys are incredible. Bought a truck in Houston, and the engine went out, called Green and White, and Jake answered and was very courteous and Eagar to help. He was up front and straightforward with everything. They handled everything from start to finnish and made the process easy with me being out of town. They finished on time and within in a couple hundred of the original quote. ( there were some unexpected parts replacement that was needed). They even have a driver who took us back to the hotel.
After the engine installed, they held the truck until I could get back up, and nothing happened to it. I took the truck, paid the bill, and left. 30 mins up the road, it started surging, called Jake, and he said to bring it in, and they would get it looked at asap. Bought me some tires while in town. Made it back to Green and White, and Jake got the truck in asap. He agreed to install the tires and even sold me some tire pressure sensor and got them programmed. The repairs were comped, and we drove off. There were no issues all the way back to Dallas. Jake, 3 days after we left, even helped me with getting an extended warranty.
These guys, Jake, Robert, and Brent, are all fantastic. Brent apologized for my situation and reassured me if we needed anything, they would be there to help.

I brought my car in for some pretty major AC work. They had diagnostic testing and all repairs done in around six hours, which I found quite impressive. Both Jake and Joel at the front desk were incredibly polite and easy to talk to on drop off/pick up. My AC is colder than the day I got it and the warranty seems rather generous to me. Thank you to the entire team at Green & White.

Awesome shop They didn't have to help me with my truck,they could have easily put it back how it was and sent me on my way but they didnt.I thank these guys so much.

When my father was alive, he took his cars here and I would sometimes go with him. They seem to take care of the cars and customers. Not adding made up problems and charging exorbitant prices for labor as what I get when I go to big dealerships. So far, so good. ??

I am extremely grateful that I found Green and White Automotive.
I had a problem with my car pulling to right on the highway. It was an issue that persisted for over three years. Green and White was able to correct this issue.
Many thanks to the Auto Pros radio show, as it is through them that I learnt of Green and White.
Truly a blessing.
Now my wife is a satisfied customer as well.

This was my second visit to Green and White. Their service is still top notch. I was blown away with their Diagnostics. I was able to access it on my iPhone. Which made it possible to discuss the results without being on-site at their business. This time my car was in bad shape. I’m a senior on a fixed income. I wasn’t able to use their services this time, but I will return for service in the future. When Jake answers the phone he makes my day. I like that they are honest and were willing to work with me on a payment plan if I needed it. Keep up the good work,
