Lilly was HORRIBLE. She was rude, not personable, and continuously blamed my 6 year old because of her inability to cut hair. My son even cried, which he has not done during a haircut since he was 2. My 6 year old son said it was the worst experience he has ever had. I had to go get hair cut again!!!

They don’t want new customers. The woman asked for my phone number and then sighed heavily when she realized I had never been there. I was left to fill out an online form that also didn’t seem set up to take new customer info. During this time I was skipped over for another customer that had walked in behind me. The neglect continued and I left without a haircut. Waste of time going to Great Clips.

I always have great results at my location. However, my son was threatened and called a liar by the woman in charge at his location, in the Woodlands area.
