Took my daughter in today for a short messy layered cut she likes. Holly looked at a couple pictures understood what she wanted and made it happen! Looks good and is what she wanted and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Whole team was friendly and great customer service!

Haven’t had a haircut in a very long time my hair grew out very long. I came in Miss Thy took care of me. I’ve had one of the best haircuts I’ve had in the last year. Awesome experience great price better hairstylist thank you y’all. Great low fade

I went yesterday for a trim and gave specifics about what I wanted. Instead of giving me a trim, she gave a full on cut. It looks so bad. My hair will grow out eventually, but the lesson here for Great Clips is please listen to the customer and stop making chit chat while you are working. Many of us don't want to talk....we want the stylist to concentrate on the customer's request.

Thy always does a wonderful job with my haircut. Last time, I decided to try bangs and was of course, very nervous. She reassured me and I LOVED how they turned out. She's so friendly and is just the BEST!

I made a last minute decision to get a haircut today. I checked in online with ease. I had no wait. Cherry was at my service immediately. She gave me the exact haircut I asked for, and I love it. I thought she was pleasant, personable, and professional. I would definitely go back. Thanks Cherry!

We walked into the salon hoping for a simple, shoulder-length trim with layers for my 10-year-old daughter. What we got instead was a front-row ticket to *The Karen Chronicles: Junior Edition.*
Let me paint the picture: We requested a cut that would gracefully fall around the top of her shoulders—soft, simple, and easy to manage. Somehow, that translated into a precision-engineered bob that stops aggressively just below her ears, with the unmistakable geometry of “I need to speak to your manager.” The stylist must have had a rogue GPS programmed for **“destination: suburban power struggle.”**
When my daughter turned to face the mirror, she went through all five stages of grief simultaneously. Her expression was a haunting blend of **betrayal, disbelief, and the dawning realization** that she would have to return to school looking like the cover model for a mid-2000s PTA flyer.
To summarize:
✅ Salon was clean.
✅ Scissors were sharp.
❌ Styling skills? Questionable.
❌ Listening skills? Nonexistent.
❌ My daughter’s dignity? In shambles.
We left with a 10-year-old who now knows what it feels like to be 43, divorced, and arguing with a cashier over expired coupons. Thanks for the life lesson. We’ll be growing this one out for a while.
