I just found a kitten on the street with dislocated paws. I didn't know what to do so I went to this place. The lady in front of me is very unpleasant and rude. She didn't even let me express myself and said that they couldn't care for him and that I should look for another place. And it made me so helpless to see that there are people who carry out their careers without any concern. I said that the kitten wasn't well and they repeated that they couldn't do anything. That's why the world is the way it is because of people with no feelings for other living beings. It's clear to me that this is a clinic that doesn't care about the well-being of animals.

We brought a dog in that somebody had kicked out of a car in the Lowe’s parking lot. They saw us immediately and were extremely helpful. Price was fair and affordable and they had good advice. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Very thankful for every single person who works here! They helped me with my 4 month old puppy who ended up getting parvo, then kept helping me make sure he was going to be alright. I’m so thankful for every wonderful soul here, especially the doctor! Thank you all so much!

They were able to see us same-day….. that was the only positive. The vet here and her assistants were all very off-putting. They seemed to lack social skills. The lady working at the front desk was very friendly, though. We won’t be back.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU VALUE THEIR LIFE. This is the absolute worst vet clinic I have ever been to. They have no idea what they are talking about or doing, and they are exceptionally rude. We brought our cat in because there was a lump in her mouth. The vet asked us to wait a week to see if anything changed. So, next week, when it had gotten bigger, we brought her back in. The vet yelled at my wife for waiting, even though we were following the vet's recommendation. It was the vet fault that we waited. After the surgery, the vet was too busy to speak with us and was answering texts about her vacation while she was explaining next steps, which she really didn't do because she was too side tracked. We asked that the samples get tested, so we know how to treat the cat. It then takes her two weeks to get back with us. We called several times and were told that the vet would call us, which she didn't until Saturday two weeks later. She wouldn't tell us anything about treatment or next steps. It was almost like she just didn't have time for us. She even told us we would have to remove the stitches ourselves because she wasn't going to do it and didn't have enough time to use desolvable stitches because she didn't have time to deal with it. Because of the vets negligence, our cat will most likely die in the next few months. Do not take any pets here. She will let them suffer and blame you for it. I can only hope no more pets will have to suffer at the hands of Dr. Barbara Rowe.
Update: We have been trying to get our pets' medical history and reports from this vet, and they refuse to provide the correct reports and tests. Absolutely, do not take your pets here.

The vet and assistants make such a difference here! I've been here twice and they truly love my dog! They gave excellent and caring advise for my aging dog and her particular needs! The second time I came in, my dog had stopped putting any weight on her paw. I couldnt figure it out. I brought her in, and without imaging, x-rays, or other expensive procedures, the vet figured out a dislocated toe was the problem. Unfortunately, I waited too long to have it put back in place, but I was so impressed how they thoroughly examined her and discovered it! Thank you!

Appreciate the care for pets by staff. They are kind to pets.Facility is under construction. Passage is through the old clinic. Lots of parking space.Will go again.
