Good day all. I took my truck with brake and steering leak there around 9am this Monday. They said will call to provide estimate in 2-3 hrs, I did not receive any call so I called around 1 pm to get update. They said mechanics at lunch will call back once they are back. I waited until 3pm but to no avail. Finally I called again just to find out estimate was still not ready but he will call shortly. They didn’t bother to call. Finally I called back again around 0630pm to find out they are closed for the day and refused to provide estimate in writing. When asked why they are unable to provide an estimate even after keeping my truck for the whole day, he was arrogant enough to ask me to pickup the truck in the morning as he do not wanna work on my truck.
Absolutely unprofessional. Cannot keep their words. Complete waste of time. Beware!

Highly recommended Gosling Automotive! My car broke down across the street from them in 105 degree heat, just minutes before they were suppose to close. I called and they had their guys immediately on their way to help without any hesitation. Everything was fixed up and I was back on the road in 30 minutes - cannot thank you guys enough!

Relocated to the area, couldn’t get to my tool box, and really needed a simple repair. Most shops here in the woodlands gave me the run around about being too busy, or telling me they couldn’t get to me until Monday. Thanks to Mr. Campos, I had my 2000 4Runner repaired THE SAME DAY in less than 4 hours! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle there for any service needs. Oh, they also do alignments. THANK YOU!!

Very honest, affordable, knowledgeable and trust worthy mechanic and staff. We have been using Gosling Automotive for over 20 years and he has always taken care of my family and all our cars needs from having them towed to his shop, to giving rides back and forth to home or work to making us feel good about the work he performs. He has been at the same location with the same customers for over 20-25 plus years.

I was in a bind. I was visiting from out of town and my car started making an odd noise. The next morning my check engine light came on. I called around to talk to several garages to see if any of them could check my car while I waited since I didn't really have anyone to pick me up. The guys at Gosling Automotive said they would do so and gave me a time to come in. I got there early and they did as promised. They were wonderful to work with, took care of my car quickly and incredibly reasonable price wise. Thank you for taking care of me and my car!!!
