Routine oil change. Charged double the price quoted on the phone. Overfilled, requiring draining. Still overfilled. Took back a third time, drained again. Now with an “A Service Required” warning light that they refused to reset because they either “couldn’t” or “wouldn’t” (depending on who was answering the question”) Left with an overfilled (again) oil, warning light, and continual burning smell when driving.
So, I had to take it to the dealer. The oil filter housing has a seal required to keep the oil from spilling. This was reassembled after the oil change without the seal and resulted in oil blowing over the exhaust (hence the burning smell).
In their defense, they refunded the money for the oil change. All told, three visits to them for an oil change which left me with a service light that they wouldn’t reset and a trip to the dealer to address what they failed to do with the otherwise routine oil change.

Nice people. I have no complaints about the staff demeanor. I believe they mean well, but in the end, my car was worse than when I dropped it off.
Wouldn’t recommend.

They wanted almost $800 to put pads and rotors on just the rear of my Escalade, I bought parts to do all four rotors and brake pads for $300 and did it myself in less than 1 hour.

I, went to Adams Automotive for a 2nd opinion; however there was no concerns then, I, was informed what I, needed done and I, knew they were Sincere due to me not having performed as such; Bumper to Bumper was performed and performance was dealt with accordingly; Adams Automotive will be my go to, period. Let's say "a friend" put flex fuel in his Ford F350 diesel and ran it for a few miles before, obviously, things started going south and he pulled over and got a tow. Adams Automotive took a personal approach, guided this friend thru the whole process, from what was needed mechanically, how long things could take, how best to pay for it (suggested using insurance, which the friend didn't realize was a possibility, but worked out great), and got everything done perfectly and quickly. The truck was running even better than before the incident occurred at pickup time. Everyone at the shop was extremely courteous and friendly.
This friend cannot recommend Adam's Automotive enough - there's not a more honest and professional shop in the entire Woodlands/ Conroe/ Spring area.

Where a leak may occur. When I took my 2012 Equinox
in on Monday I had no cooling. We decided to replace the heater coil since it too required das removal. I was kept informed as to findings and giver understandable options as to cost. William was my service advisor and was excellent. I picked up my auto Friday PM.
Today after sitting in 100 degree what it took about 1 minute to begin noticeable cooling . Everyone I came in contact was pleasant . I have been going to this facility for a number of years and this experience was the best

I like the service professionals at Adam's Automotive Repair..they are technically, well experienced in Automotive repairs. Also, a sincere and a fine group of professionals..although the complete work on my car took 4 1/2 days, I so far, am very pleased with the service I received there..
