I don’t know if the actually company knows this, but the phone number provided all across the website does not work. I’m trying to call to see if an item is in stock before driving 40 minutes and there’s no one to speak to. Very frustrating. Will change review if this situation is handled.

Every time I visit this store, I have high hopes, but I always leave feeling pissed off. The people who work here like to judge and are the worst golf snobs. Or, they are disinterested, and you can't get help. Either way, I don't think I will shop here again.

Shannon is such an amazing golf pro. Came in looking for a driver and he gave me so much information and had a lot of knowledge and experience about the mechanics of the game. Could tell he was very passionate and gave me good advice. Would recommend. Ended up walking out with a new driver bc of him. Thanks Shannon! I will be back for a fitting from him whenever I get more consistent.

I used to walk in to the store and was normally greeted by the kindest workers, until yesterday when I was greeted by the rudest employee I wish I would have gotten his name. He was very rude when we went to demo clubs with the intention to buy them. After I had explained that I had been saving up for the parydams and was looking to demo them one more time. He explained that they don’t do demos anymore when I stated that I had came in the other day to demo some woods I was allowed, he then proceeded to change his story to they just started the new policy today. He also made it a point that the young golfers had broken many clubs and just left. On a side note I would like to give a shoutout to Gilbert. He has always been welcoming of a new golfer to the game and helped out my game tremendously. I just wish that there was more workers with that attitude towards golf.

Told them I was new to golf and wanted the newest driver and was prepared to pay but absolutely no one wanted to help me they actually seemed to be avoiding me would've been easier $600 they got but they're were very unhelpful

Rude staff No visible management.present. I went to buy my 11 year old grandson a new set of clubs. No help wanted to serve me.
