I was satisfied the 1st time, the 2nd time was even better but the 3rd time I was very disappointed, they didn’t even cut his hair anywhere on his body. They just trimmed his face a little and I paid $60, more than I paid the 1st couple visits.Anytime I get him Groomed he needs to get trimmed because his hair grows a lot.Not sure why they thought I wouldn’t notice they didn’t trim his body and only trimmed his face.

I have been going to Glam paws since I moved to spring two year ago and I’m so happy I found them. They always take such great care of my doggy son. Brenda is so sweet and she has great customer service. In the two years I’ve been going to them we ran into one issue and she was so responsive in making it right and checking in after the fact. I can appreciate good customer service and that’s why I’ll always trust them with my dog. They do an excellent job each time and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

So Happy we found Glam Paws Pet Salon. Maximus is a 2yr old Rescue that has Never had a Grooming and he was really a Shaggy Boy. He is a mix of 13 different Breeds But Prefers to Identify as a Great Pyrenees. That is where we found Brenda and her wonderful staff at Glam Paws On a GP thread on FB. Brenda did a Meet and Greet the day before and took the time to just sit on the floor and pet Max as we talked. Then she cleared the afternoon so there would not be a lot of dogs barking waiting to be picked up.!!!! NO ONE Else would do that ever.. We had an appointment yesterday and they had to almost carry Max to the back with a towel under his belly, he weighs @ 85 lbs. Yes a Big Boy !!!!... They did an Excellent job !!!! I would give them 5 Stars 5 Times if I could. and they were the same price or Less than what Petco or Pet Supplies Plus wanted to charge me. !!!! Give them a Call and Give them a shot !!!! They are a True Blessing to find someone that knows the Great Pyrenees Breed and willing to do a Meet and Great to get to know our Dog before booking an appointment. The Best Pet Salon in Town By Far !!!!!!

After coming here since they first opened and being very happy with the results, today they butchered my poor Cavalier King Charles. He was groomed so poorly the owner wouldn’t even bring him out to me, nor would she answer my phone calls. I’m so disappointed. It will take a very long time for my dog’s hair to grow back.

They did a fantastic job grooming my standard-sized labradoodle and my cocker spaniel. They listen to try to give you exactly what you want.
