Went here today. Paid for the wash to include the shine and dry as well as tire shine. We politely asked the attendant to run it again as we did not receive it. As the lady attendant was understanding of the fact that we would like to get what we paid for. The gentleman running the machine was not the same. He clearly expressed attitude and confusion as to why we would want to wash again as we did not receive what we paid for. We offered to not go through again as it didn’t seem like he cared to correct the wrong in service and instead asked for a refund. The refund was denied and we went though again to only see that the proper function of wash purchased was not applied. To not ruin a beautiful day, we went on without raising more concern. Won’t be back. Very disappointed in how a service issue was “resolved”

You should really check this place out. Not only do you get an excellent wash and customer service. The nice lady provides surprises for the kids. And treats for your doggie!!

Never answer call I only use once and they still charging on my CC try to cancel my service but they never answer call. Worse customer service I ever see

All good except when they send someone out to help me put my credit card in the machine and pick what wash I want. I don't need that. I hate it. I think 99% of people can figure out what car wash they want and how to pay. Please don't do that it makes me uncomfortable and rush my selection.

Friendly service and car was completely scrubbed before going through the wash. Vacuums work very well and they have pressured air for a deep cleaning.

Don't waste your money! Sprayed some type of rust water on my windshield and had to take it somewhere to have it removed. Assistant manager was so rude and would not even take the time to listen to me. I've asked to cancel my monthly subscription but no answers. I will deal with it through the credit card company.

They do a pretty good job. Sometimes, you'll get two people on either side scrubbing your car prior to the wash, but they are not consistent. The other equipment is good. The vacuum hose are sometimes clogged, and I'll unclog them, but the suction is very good. The air spray nozzles work well, but not all the stations have both. It's a new place but they need to maintain their equipment as it does get a lot of use. If they don't maintain, it will get run down soon. The car wash works well,
