GR Auto is simply amazing. My Mercedes-Benz needed some major mechanical work done. Larry and everyone at GR are tireless in the efforts to customer service and satisfaction. They were efficient and timely with returning my vehicle to me. I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to GR Auto Care for years and have never been disappointed. Their knowledgable and caring staff are second to none. Whether it was a Mercedes or BMW, their service was amazing. When I was living out of Houston for a few years, my son had a problem with his car and was shocked at what it was going to cost. I told him to go here (it was my car that he was using) and he was treated with respect and the staff showed him exactly what was wrong and repaired at a much lower price. When I came back to Houston a few months later I stopped by the shop to say hello and Larry had kept the part to show me what was broken so I would know what they fixed. He wanted to ensure that I was satisfied that he had not done something to the car that's not needed. Try to find that type of satisfaction at any dealer or large chain repair facility!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My windshield wiper was not working on my 2016 Mercedes I stopped by to get a quote fully thinking it was mechanical and going to cost $$$. When i walked in i was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who went to look at the repair. Within 5 minutes he came back in showing me a video of a screw that was loose which he tightened up and took care of the problem. I asked how much i owed and he said It was an easy fix and didn't charge me anything! It was so wonderful to know that there are still honest business that still exist he could have totally taken advantage of this situation but didn't! It says everything about this place! I will continue to use them for services! It is such a great feeling to have trust in a company!! I cant thank them enough!

I wanted to do body, mechanical and restorative work on my 2009 Mercedes SLK. G.R. Auto Care was referred to me by a close friend. I understood this was a family run business. I consulted with Larry who answered all questions, proved all needed work and itemized all charges. If a cheaper option was available, he pointed it out and let me decide which option I wanted. Except for my driver's seat, all body, mechanical and restorative work was done in shop. What I had done took time, but Larry made sure I knew I was welcome at any time to check on the progress of the work being done. In retrospect, I have nothing negative to report. Since purchasing my car new, I have always taken it to the dealership. The dealership advised they could not get parts for my car, so I was thankful my search led me to G.R. Auto Care. They not only did a fantastic job, but I will use them in the future for any and all servicing or repairs I may encounter.Nadine B

I found GR Auto online while I was searching for a trusted garage in the Spring/Cyrpess area for my 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280SE 4.5. All the recommendations led me here! What I liked most about this establishment was that it's a family run business; 3 generations working side by side. Once you enter the shop you can clearly see that its trusted by Mercedes owners. There were many classic Mercedes/BMW's which gave me confidence that these guys know their job, and I can vouch for that myself!Larry gave me a lot of time and care. Inspected the car thoroughly as though it was his own. His knowledge of classic Mercedes is extensive and you can see the passion and love for classics in his eyes. I knew I was in good hands.Larry, gave good advice. Stuck to deadlines and estimates. He even worked on a Saturday so that I could meet my departure date. Finally, I was able to have my 280SE all fixed up for a long road trip 2600mils from Houston TX to San Fransisco CA. Car performed flawlessly!I highly recommend, these guys. There may be other people who can probably do the the same job but, these guys have a lot of Heart and that why I loved working with them. Wish they were here in California!

I’ve owned Mercedes for over 25 years and G R Auto has been my go-to to over 10 years. Larry knows his cars, new and especially the classics. He works with you on the best approach to keep your car safe and running great. He is a straight shooter and ensures you are fully satisfied with his work. If you have a small or large issue with your car, he should be on your list of top Mercedes mechanics.

This is the best auto repair service I have ever experienced. My car now runs like a new car thanks to Larry! It was like having a family member fix your car. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is exceptional. I have an older Mercedes that was in serious need of repairs. I recently moved to the Houston area and after thousands of dollars and several repair shops, I finally found George and Larry and I will never go anywhere else. Best mechanic shop I’ve ever been too. Larry is fast, efficient, and the prices are extremely reasonable. When I got my car back it was like a completely different car. Best shop I’ve been too hands down.
