Don't take a riding lawn mower tire to them because they can't change it. I brought a new 6" tire and the rim with the old tire on it and he told me it would be $10. So I said okay. They were trying manually to take the old one off. They got it loose from the rim but not off. Two different guys were trying with screw drivers to get it off and weren't having any luck so one of the guys puts the rim in the vice and then starts prying the tire off. They finally get the tire off but then can't get the new one on. They put the rim back in the vice and try to force the new tire back on. Finally he gives up and brings me the tire.and rim and says he can't get it on. I look at the rim.and it's bent from being put in the vice. He denies bending it but you could even see vice marks where it was bent. He acts like he's doing me a favor because he got the tire off but wasn't charging me. When in actuality, I now have a bent rim and no tire on it. He was giving me attitude on top of it, instead of apologizing or offering to at least bend the rim back in place.
I took it across the street and had Discount Tire put it on and they bent the rim.back in place as well even though they obviously couldn't repaint where the vice marks are.
If G &J weren't equipped to do the job than they shouldn't take the job and should be accountable for their actions.

Best price in the area for a patch or plug, they’ve always done great service for me here. I’ve been in the area for 7 years now and I’ve gone to several tire shops in Houston and when I’m near spring or the woodlands I always come here.

I came to G&J for an oil change for the first time on a Friday and at first I was happy with the results, great price fast service. I proceeded to drive to Louisiana and noticed I was leaking oil, something that’s never happened before. When I arrived back in town and let the employee from G&J know I was leaking oil, the manager looked at my car at stated that because I drove miles that could be why. That makes zero sense a car is driven daily and I never had a leak until visiting that place. Then he proceeds to tell me “oh they have the wrong oil plug in it that’s why it’s leaking from the plug”. I had to order and wait for the plug to come in. Once it came in I went to 5 minute oil change just to find out it was indeed the CORRECT plug for my car, but the person who did the initial oil change didn’t replace the washer that’s changed out when getting a oil change! Had the manager actually observed the plug he would have seen that . So I spent money on a plug I did not need, spent money on adding oil to my car to keep it from messing up the engine until the part came, and spent money on another oil change earlier than expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the lack of accountability.

BEWARE...Went here because my tire went flat i had just replaced it 3 days ago thats how long it took to go flat the worker put air in it and you can clearly see it was losing air from the rim not the tire he offered to clean the inside of the rim I agreed then he comes back and says there's a slash on the tire that it was because of that I know it wasn't because the air was not coming out of that area now my tire goes flat everyday instead of every 3 days he clearly put that slash there just be aware that before you go here

Got brand new looking ties for 55 each . Plus the 55 included putting then on the car . You can get great quality used tires for 35 dollars. They do plugs in tires with screw and nail holes for 5 bucks . This place is busy because it's real good .

Called them and got a quote on the phone and was satisfied with the quote. But when I pulled up it was completely different he tried to charge me 160$ more then the original price. And I've been to this place one time with a Tahoe and they changed my tires 30$ each tire last time and now there charging 65 per tire on a SMALLER car. This place is not good lied to me on the phone. Was extremely disappointed...
