When i was in a bind and needed quick quality printing i could not do in my own with my home printer, I was told by a friend of this amenity inside Walmart. After waiting only briefly, i was helped by a truly knowledgeable young man. While i was flustered because the document I needed was for a party I was headed to right then, he remained calm, helpful and kind. I wish i could remember his name because he deserves the kudos. I haven't seen that type of customer service in a long time. He even offered to trim it for me since there was no one waiting behind me. The extra mile! It was a gift that turned out beautiful and ON TIME thanks to this wonderful employee.

Best place the FedEx Onsite team are so helpful polite respectful helpful and kindhearted Thank You for making my experience so unstressed and relaxing I know my son will get his package without any problems thank you from a relaxed soldier mom I will be coming to you all to send my son packages for now on

Shows as a fedex drop off center and called beforehand to make sure and when I tried to drop off packages was told I cannot Bc they are not a dropoff center.

Since this pandemic FedEx drivers have become so lazy they say they attempted to drop off packages to apartments when they actually haven’t. The property management has even called FedEx to let them know to inform drivers their office is closed and to drop off packages at residents doors! But they refuse to listen cause they don’t want to look for apartment numbers!! I lost over $700 in business because of FedEx and still waiting on a important package

Horrible experience. They lose my package and then tell me I should’ve taken a picture of it so I could have the tracking number. They never sent me any confirmation email with my shipping info. Now my package is lost and I won’t be getting a refund from the company I was shipping this product back to. The 1-800 number said they should be able to pull it up at the shipping location. They lady at shipping location was adamant that she could not pull up this information and it was my responsibility to take a picture of the shipping number. Stick with UPS or USPS.

Just went here today and I should've just walked out instead of doing business here. When I walked in I saw the female behind the counter on the phone so I waited there thinking she might be on the phone with a customer. It turns out she was just having a random conversation, with what seemed to be a friend, but it was definitely not business related. At that point I was getting a little bothered but didn't say anything thinking that she would get off soon since I was there waiting. It wasn't until I pulled my phone out, and I think she could tell that I was about to record her, that she told whoever she was talking to that she would call them back because she has a customer. While she was helping me she had a nasty attitude as if I was the rude one. I'm definitely no Karen, LOL, but she was just rude and unprofessional. Her tone was not very customer friendly either. She would ask me something and before I could finish she would speak over me and ask me something else. She then went to the back and grabbed a box, which I felt was much bigger than what I needed, and started putting it together. Not once did she bother offering me any other options and when I asked about a different box she just said NO without even turning around to look and continued packing my box. I have video but I guess I can't upload it on here since. Anyway, I'm just hoping my package makes it to it's destination and doesn't mysteriously get lost.

Following is my opinion, based on my experience. Went to this location for passport photos as it was convenient and seemed to have reasonable prices (plus coupon on FedEX website). First exploratory visit went well with the person behind the counter being friendly and helpful. However a subsequent visit to actually have photos taken did not go well at all.The different person behind the counter this time seemed irritated that my teenager son and I had showed up for a service the storefront board declared FedEx was "excited to offer"!! She was most unhelpful and downright rude (poor body language, irritated look on her face, rude/smart-alecky responses to my questions) and obviously did not believe in customer service - I asked to speak to the manager, but was rebuffed and told to come back later (even though the manager was on the phone with the person at the store). Overall, one of the worst customer service (or utter lack thereof) experiences I have had...never returning to that location. Was informed by a FedEx customer service Rep whom I subsequently contacted over the phone that a manager would call me back to discuss my experience...sadly, no one has bothered to call so far. Way to go FedEx!!
