If I could give them a zero I would. This is the second time this year that we’ve taken items as collateral for a loan to them and they have lost them or they were damaged . It seems like there may be internal theft going on as it is not our fault that the items were either damaged or “lost“. When dressing up with the manager, she was very indifferent and uncaring about the situation

Spoke with Tiana over the phone that claimed to be the manager of the store. She was very RUDE and unempathic. Didn’t care about my situation. Called Corporate and had my item transferred to a MUCH BETTER PLACE! I wouldn’t go to this store on Rayford to buy or pawn anything. Absolutely disgusting to be treated so badly.

Customer service was great the only thing is that i had an expensive pair of LV glasses that were semi new and they only had a super minor scratch and the lady there told me that all she could offer was 20$???? i went to another pawn shop right after and they gave me a way higher amount.

If you’re going to shop here make sure everything works and you’re getting the full featured product. Do not buy something if you plan to return it. They don’t tell you the 24 hour return policy in full detail so I will. They do not pay you back with cash, not card, but credit strip. If you want your money back don’t support them with buying something in the first place. Not saying to not shop here, just advising that you check everything and make sure it works before hand. I bought a digital camera, asked if it was fully functioning, and was told yes. Everyone at the store that day was very nice and friendly. I then tried to charge it when I got to my friend’s house and the battery was dead. I was not told audibly about the return policy at all. When I tried to return it, needed the physical receipt, not just the photo, and AFTER I got that for the manager she THEN explained to me that I cannot be paid back in any way except credit strip. She showed me the extremely small text that showed the company policy on the receipt. I was pushed to choose another item instead of simply receiving the cash I paid back. Be careful with what you buy here.
