If I was going to take my dog anywhere it would be here. They made me feel at home and so welcome.These people went far and beyond to take care of my baby girl lowrider my dog had parvo and I had to rush her In there and immediately they went to work helping my baby. The staff are some of the nicest people ive ever came in contact with. The love and care they have for animals exceeds far past any expectations. The staff is really kind-hearted you can tell their heart is with the animals they're doing it for the love of the animals.I love this place and all of the staff there they're really compassionate and caring. This place is the best animal emergency vet to take your dog from Conroe to Houston. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I went to 3 other vets and they were only out for my money and wouldn't work with me at all even though my dog was in critical condition.Thank you Enchanted Oaks for everything!♥️?

My daughter made the heart-rending decision to let her childhood dog go. They made his send off as perfect as it could have been. They gave us pleanty of time to say our goodbyes and explained everything in detail. They were very considerate and very kind. Thank you Enchanted Oaks.

We had an elderly great Dane Who was his excruciating Pain because of hip dysplasia. They were rare caring and loving in how they explained it was time. All the was a rather Painful decision for us.We opted to put her down. They were very careful to make sure that she felt no more pain and slipped quietly and peacefully away. Thank you to the Caring staff who even helped carry our loved one back to the car so that we could take her home and bury her into place that she loved.

Warm and welcoming staff. Very careful with my new pet cat. Had a ton of questions since she was a feral I took in. Janet & Dr. Santiago were patient answering all my questions. I will be bringing the kittens from my new mother kitty to Enchanted Oaks. Really pleased with the compassion of everyone at this vet office.

It’s 10:30 am, on Saturday a walk-in day, my dog is sick and needed to see a vet. They advised they stopped accepting walk-ins because of the wait.
Pretty frustrating as it’s listed no where on the site when they stop accepting walkins which is usually at 11:30am per the front desk person.

This was a great experience my little dog was sick and lethargic and had not eaten and barely moved for over 24 hours she kept throwing up all night. My vet was too busy and I saw the good reviews so I called. They worked her in with in hours did the labs and got to work on her right away. I had issues getting her to take the meds they sold me so they squeezed her in again and gave her a shot of antibiotics. I am going to start going there from now on. They have been so supportive

I cannot recommend Enchanted Oaks enough. Throughout every stage of my pets life, they have been there. We got a new puppy a couple months back and they’ve been so helpful, informative, and patient with her. Then, unfortunately my lifelong best friend (our other pup) got super sick at 14 years and her quality of life was gone. I can’t stress how kind and thoughtful they were with her and our family through the difficult process of her death. They sent us cards, checked up on us and overall have just truly cared. This is the place to take your pets if you care about their quality of life. It’s not just a checkup and “see ya next year”- they’ve messaged us to see how our pups are doing, they’re always more than willing to answer our many questions, and explain the options we may have. I’ve always felt at ease taking my pups there because I know they’re going to receive the care they deserve and need. Thanks Enchanted team!
