Customer service personnel was RUDE. Could use some work on simple customer interactions. As a company, your interactions and your responses say about just as much as the service you provide.I hope the young lady who is in charge of picking up the business line gets properly trained on handling client/business calls.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service I received from Dynamic Autoworks. A couple of years ago, they did an excellent job fixing the window tint on my wife's car at an incredibly fair price. The team was not only fast but also highly professional.During that visit, they went above and beyond by noticing a dent on the passenger's side fender. They provided a fair quote for the repair, and although I initially planned to do some of the work myself, life got in the way, and I never got around to it.Fast forward two years, and when I called them up, they were not only willing but delighted to honor the quote from the initial visit. They promptly repaired the dent and painted it to match the car's original paint. The turnaround was impressive – the car was ready by the end of the next day.Tim and Leanne, the owners, are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The level of service and professionalism demonstrated by Dynamic Autoworks is unmatched. Amazing! I spoke directly to the owner Shawn. I had an awful experience with a third party distributor so I called Dynamic directly. Not only did Shawn make good on my purchase he also added some parts for me and more importantly took an hour out of his day to speak to me about my build and goals. Then directed me accordingly. It’s not often manufacturers talk you out of spending money because it is unnecessary. When they do I can’t explain the level of gratitude I have. It’s absolutely the best customer service you can ask for. I highly recommend Dynamic to anyone looking for a aftermarket turbo.

I always leave here with a good feeling. The customer service is excellent. It's run by a husband/wife team of Tim and Leanne and they're both super nice. Everyone who works there seems to have an appreciation for cars, and it shows in the customer service and work.

I just bought a new (to me) car & wanted tinting since summer is approaching & I was already feeling the heat. I stopped by another 5* rated shop, but they couldn't get to me today. I then went to Dynamic & they were able to do the tinting immediately, even though it made them stay a half hour after closing time. It only took about an hour to do the 4 side windows, & it was less than half the price the other shop quoted for a similar product, their top of the line. The staff was very friendly (even cracking a little joke they probably use on everyone) & professional, not rushing me, even at checkout. I can't wait to see the difference it makes.

Came her with a 23’ Range Rover to get full XPEL PPF, Window Tint, Sunroof Tinted, PPF on interior gloss surfaces and screens, and ceramic coating. Everything looks amazing and happy as can be. Would recommend and use again

Recently had my SLK280 in the shop to see if they could do anything to bring life into the paint. I was so happy with the results that I went a step further and had ceramic coating applied to it as well. This shop definitely has my future auto detailing business. Leanne and Tim do a great job
