I went with this vendor for softball jerseys after another couldn't meet my tight timeline. Dugout Sports exceeded my expectations. Working with Paul T was an excellent experience. He said yes to everything and communicated so well. The jerseys turned out perfect. Dugout sports will definitely be my first stop for any future needs.

Their stuff in store for softball and baseball is pretty good and decent deals. I highly suggest not using them for anything custom. Their turnaround time is ridiculous along with their communication. Very unhappy with the entire process. Two seasons in a row. They didn't even attempt to color match from the original design. We will be going through another provider that is cheaper, more reliable, and overall better. Please beware.

Conveniently located baseball shop with lots of gear. They are also the local high school print and embroidery company, and they do a great job. It's definitely a great place to get any baseball equipment, gear, merchandise, and much more!

Workers at this place have no business working in sales since they have no people skills and are very rude. This is our first time coming to this place and all they did the whole time is stare at us instead of asking if we need any help.

Wish I would have known when ordering in January that our custom sweatshirts and fleeces were on backorder and still not received in mid-March. Called this morning, but Jonathan couldn’t give me an estimate of when they will arrive. I probably wouldn’t have spent ~$100 on 2 cold weather items had I known we’d likely receive them in warm weather. Dugout/Eagle has my phone number and email to set expectations. Also, your website desperately needs a link to the manufacturers’ size charts to avoid the size guessing game many parents had to do. Improved communication would cure both issues.

Staff was real friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt try to upsale. Even though we arrived a few minutes before closing we didn't feel rushed.

They had a good selection of gloves and uniforms. I would have liked to see more stuff geared toward girls/women, and some better signage. Some coaching tools as well would make it a one-stop shop! Overall good experience and the guys were very helpful.

Great Employees and customer service. Came In to put on a bat grip and they put it on without a fee. Big Place and good deals, I would recommendto any baseball/Softball player.
