Worst office stuffs I have ever seen. Rude and lazy stuffs. They don’t transfer referral letters to other doctor’s office. They hang up the phone without giving any appropriate answers about sending the referral letters. An office stuff named Tanya was very rude when I was calling them regarding referral letters. Doctor was ok but I don’t recommend anyone to visit this doctor because of horrible stuffs.

People need to listen real close this is a WARNING! If you care about your health you better find another doctor, these people told me my blood work was good and after having a major time trying to schedule with these people and being told that doctor Stephen likes to "make referrals because he doesn't have the facilities to (do his job)" I went and got blood work outside and found out that I'm about to have a stroke and a heart attack right now at this writing! My blood work came back so bad after this man just a week before told me that it was fine! I don't have time to tell the whole story but just steer clear of this person. Do yourself and your family a favor and find a real doctor who not only cares and knows how to work but actually has the facilities.

Trust and follow Dr. Sapsowitz from one location to another for 20+ years. Real expert, who is thoughtful, knowledgeable, truthful. His assistant Joe is a very good practitioner and a reliable nurse, very supportive. They have a good Team!

By far one for the best doctors I have seen in many years thought they went extinct! Frankly just gives it to you straight, yet very considerate and all around definitely a very good doctor to say the least I would definitely recommend him and his staff exapecially Joshia he is the best love them all to pieces ??

My husband has been seeing Dr. sapsowitz for a few years now. He truly cares and is so knowledgeable and a lot of different areas. He and his staff are fantastic . Sometimes you do have to wait a little bit but I will say it's definitely worth it.

Very unprofessional, I accompanied my fiancé to visit Steven Sapsowitz for a check up after she had been in a horrible accident. Her appointment was at 1:30pm, we arrived at 1:00pm. We were not seen by Mr. Sapsowitz until 2:15 which was fine with my fiancé and I, we understand that some appointments may run over plus the front office staff was very polite. It was when Mr. Sapsowitz walked in the room that our nightmare had started... as soon as he opened the door he appeared to be flustered and immediately asked my fiancé what all surgeries she had got done, before even formally introducing himself. We could tell that he didn't want us here and that was such a humiliating feeling. He then proceeds to cut my fiancé off as she's explaining her surgeries and says " OMG I don't have time to write all of this down, I have 2 more patients waiting!" He blamed us as if we were late but we were actually 30 minutes early. Me and my fiancé looked at each other in disgust as we had never seen/heard someone being so unprofessional at their work. At this point, my fiancé wants to leave but I'm trying to keep her in good spirits, so that we could finish off the visit, and she could get the pain medication she so desperately needed. Mr. Sapsowitz then abruptly walks out the room and my fiancé calls her mom to try and console her, my Fiancé has already been through so much after her car crash so the amount of disregard Sapsowitz showed her was very demoralizing to her. Sapsowitz then walks back in still looking flustered like he didn't want us there, my fiancé then tells her mother on the phone that the doctor is making her feel like a burden he hears this and instead of ensuring my fiancé that she is not a burden, he proceeds to tell us he won't see us anymore and he will not sign off on her prescription then he just backpedals out the room and never returned. I would tell anyone who asks DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. I wouldn't want any of you beautiful ppl to have this doctor appointment from hell that we had. I wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option

Doc is very experienced which makes him better than many. I consulted more than 3 doc and then reached him to finally get better.

I went Friday afternoon to get my blood pressure medication and it's now Monday and they have yet to call it in.Front desk was rude about it.

I have been unable to contact this doctor for over a month for a re-occurring prescription. Based on the phone number on this website and on his business cards, his office can not be reached anymore. It's almost as if he has turned them off which I would not be surprised considering just how terrible he was. Even down to his staff, they did not enjoy working for him and went as far to apologize to me for his bedside manners and general ability to be a genuine doctor to his patients.

There are several issues with this place. I would not recommend going to the facility. The number listed never actually connects and leads you and loops. Additionally, when it does connect to this location, it sounds like the person that recorded didn't know what they were doing. To bypass this, I physically went to the location during normal working hours and it was locked up. Nobody was present, the hours listed outside were false. Looks like I'm going to have to find another primary care physician.
