This was the craziest experience I’ve had a dollar store on a busy Saturday afternoon, walked in and saw that the line was wrapped around the store which isn’t super normal because you would think more than one employee is working the register but no, there was only one employee working named Regina and she did a great job trying to get this line down but what I’m most upset about is that a customer needed to return and Regina said she had to get a manger from the back. Everyone was so angered because not one, not two but three managers were just sitting in the back while Regina worked this entire store. It shows so much about this company! And not to mention the cashier was black and the managers were not! It’s infuriating and I will be posting on social media. I’ve been in retail my whole life and saturdays, especially during the summer is all hands on deck. In so much disbelief of how this company Treated her. Horrible service HORRIBLE. And the managers didn’t even care to see the long line, why would you be in the back on a busy Saturday

I just recently moved to the Northside of Houston..I found out this location was the nearest to me!! After living on this side of town for about a month I came into Dollar Tree..OMFG I walked around AMAZED of how NEAT and CLEAN it was..yes I knew what I needed to get but I didn't know Dollar Tree could look this CLEAN!! I had to THANK Tae for the store being so CLEAN and she was TRULY RESPECTFUL you can tell she LOVED her job..thank you so much Dollar Tree

Never enough tellers for check out. Shame on these dollar trees that under staff their stores....!! These employees take on the grumpy customers for ur CHEAP decisions!!!

This was ridiculous we saw it was a 3.9 review and thought it was going to be better than the other dollar stores but nope many things were missing from shelves and only one cashier while two other employees are in the main floor and back room. We had to wait in line in the far back of the store.

Bad customer service.. the manager doesn't care about her job .. she saw the line was very long to check out and she didn't even bother to help she just walk away .. even the girl from the cashier said that she doesn't care about her job .. poor customer service.. don't come here or u going to be 20 minutes on line just to check out..

Rude workers in this store. You have to keep saying excuse to get help and they just stand there and ignore you. If you don’t want to work go home. No need to be rude then look at you like you’re crazy if you ask for help.
