“For those of you that have had bad experiences previously, come check us out now! Shelves are stocked, things are different than 6-7 months ago. New store manager since November. The store did not have one in September and October. We have worked very hard to get the store in shape for YOU!! Come see us!!”
“Great prices, clean and well kept. Just don't expect the employees to ve able to help you as most dont know english. You're on your own. Always count your items at all of these type of stores before approaching the cash register. The stuff is decent quality for the price and some of it is name brand. Worth the trip! Biggest bang for your buck!”
“Love Dollar Tree. I can run in and grab a couple items quickly that I may have forgot, or I could spend over an hour in there with my kids looking at everything and all the new products. I like the one in Spring on Louetta and also the brand new one on 249. Mrs. Barbie is so sweet every time and very helpful.”
“This is my FAVORITE Dollar Tree and I've been to all the ones in this area! The store is neatly stocked and not junky. They have a great variety. The manager is a young black man and he is so friendly and courteous. I don't even care that its now $1.25 !”
“Worth going every not and then but the dolls store isn't what it used to be, and at $1.25 (and up). The choices and selection is somewhat disappointing now and you're better off buying a lot of it, and especially snacks (because they are fresher) at Walmart. Sometimes you do find an awesome deal though.”

“I just recently moved to the Northside of Houston..I found out this location was the nearest to me!! After living on this side of town for about a month I came into Dollar Tree..OMFG I walked around AMAZED of how NEAT and CLEAN it was..yes I knew what I needed to get but I didn't know Dollar Tree could look this CLEAN!! I had to THANK Tae for the store being so CLEAN and she was TRULY RESPECTFUL you can tell she LOVED her job..thank you so much Dollar Tree”
“Very helpful on walking me through the steps of starting my cash app a little bit behind with the whole technology of money apps they did not laugh nor judge me for being so behind with apps and cell phone technology. before I got my smartphone I had a jitterbug flip phone. that was just two weeks ago LOL!”
“Went in today 5/20 around 3:05pm, Julio manager was very friendly offered great customer service & another gentleman that offered to help me while I was grabbing a balloon. This by far is the best customer service ive ever received at any dollar tree in my life. I visit the 1960/kurkendahl location often & the customer service there is non existent. Please tell the staff they are doing a great job. Maybe the manager Julio who was my cashier today should visit the other dollar trees in Houston & give training classes on providing excellent customer service to shoppers. Please give this team a high five for today.”
