My car said my tires were low on air. Pulled into Discount, and they checked and filled all 4 tires in less than 3 minutes. Always my go-to for all my tire needs and concerns.

The Discount Tire located at 2920 (Spring Tx) was very helpful. I delt mostly with Troy who took alot of extra time to insure I was getting the very specific look I wanted.

Got my tire swapped under warranty (shoutout to discount tire!) and the service was quick, easy, and painless. I called multiple discount tires to ensure they had my tire in stock and this one had it !
One thing I want to mention that I found interesting, was that regardless of the shop I called, as soon as I mentioned my car was a Tesla, everyone would start speaking about the car negatively and tried using made up facts to justify themselves. It almost felt like “Tesla hate” was required skill for job, which I found hilarious! I normally don’t care about writing this type of feedback but due to how many of the Discount tire employees that were misinformed about electric cars in general , I was concerned that maybe they should learn a bit more about a technology that will be here to stay.
Either way like I stated originally, great experience and service overall.
I wonder if other electric car owners have had similar experiences consistently?

This Discount Tire is absolutely fantastic. Excellent professional and timely service. I ordered tires & booked online for an 8am. I was waiting in the parking lot at 7:55am and the Service Rep came to me before they even opened! They replaced all four tires … car was ready in 35 mins…..These guys change tires like a NASCAR pit crew! I will definitely bring our cars there again.

Bad I get new 4 tires and it cost me more to repair the problem that they caused me when installing them, they broke 2 screws and that cost me $300 with the mechanic to fix it ?

Booked my appointment @530 for a flat tire that happened that morning. I can always depend on Discount Tire. Clean location. Clean bathrooms. Professional & Great customer service your employees displayed. Good atmosphere. I love Discount Tire & the warranty they provide on my tires. They are my go to tire place. Please let your all your employees know they did a good job 5/9/24 at 530pm.

The employees at this location went above & beyond to help me out. Great customer service, Troy is very detailed in his explanations & kept me informed about my vehicle while they worked on it. I highly recommend this location for all wheel & tire needs etc.

Amazing experience! Paul held the door open, Bell found me the most affordable tires, and the pit crew had me out the door with two new tires and wiper blades in 30 MINUTES! Unbelievably great customer service. I called back later with a question and Johnathan was super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve come from a long line of Discount Tire loyalists, but this will be my new location! Great job guys, and thank you!
