After icallmed down and listened to what Christian had to say, I was sooooooo wrong in this matter. I was just pissed at the situation and refused to listen to a knowledgeable individual who had all the correct information. I accept any and all blame!! I promise you will be seeing me as a local in the future.

I had a mixed experience with this mechanic shop. While they did eventually complete the necessary repairs, the process was far from hassle free. After picking up my car on a Tuesday evening, it stalled on the highway less than 24 hours later, causing me to miss an important work meeting. The shop acknowledged the issue, admitting that rushing the repairs was their mistake, and promised to fix it within two hours. However, THE VERY NEXT DAY, the car stalled again, requiring another tow.
After they finally resolved the main issue, I noticed that my gas gauge was no longer working—a problem that wasn’t present before the repairs. When I brought this up, the owner, Christian, took a look at my vehicle and mentioned it may be a sensor issue but didn’t follow up with a quote or solution. This was especially frustrating as the gas gauge was functioning properly before their work & I believe it should have been their responsibility to address the new issue with the gas gauge. While I'm not expecting free repairs, I do think it's reasonable to expect that if something was functioning correctly before their initial work, they should take responsibility for fixing any problems that arise as a result of their service.
Although Christian was understanding and did eventually fix the initial problems, the repeated breakdowns and the new issue with the gas gauge were significant inconveniences. Given my experience, while the shop does complete the job eventually, it comes with multiple hassles. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend them to friends or family.

Quality Professionalism for Fine Automobiles
From the Luster of the work environment to the Leader that sets expectation, then meets them.
This is the only standard I will accept for my car henceforth.
If you have invested in a quality machine, do not take it to a garage. European Autohaus should be the primary choice.
Expect Quality.

I left a 1 star review for DAS not too long ago. I want to start off by saying, IT WAS ALL MY FAULT!! I refused to listen to what I was being told and thought I knew everything. I WAS WRONG!! They proved to me, in an extremely polite manor, that I was not correct. After listening to them , as I should have the first time, I fully understood what they were explaining to me. Now I am happy and all things are perfect. Thank you DAS for putting up with me!!!!

Honest. Fast. Reliable. And very affordable!

Efficient, friendly and competitively priced. My VW Jetta had to have its radiator replaced due to a major coolant leak. They had the job done within a couple of days and were reliable with their communication and timeline they gave me. Definitely would recommend!

My wife’s 2012 Jaguar XJ had a coolant leak. We took her car to Das European and they did an outstanding job. We dealt with Joe and he was very professional! They were also very fast. Wife is very happy! Will be taking her car back for preventative maintenance.

Another great day at Das European Autohaus with Christian and his crew. They got my issue (failed wheel speed sensor that caused multiple failure codes) fixed while I waited. They are fast, fair and efficient.
