I was a customer from summer 2019 to summer 2024. The facility was great. Access was easy. I had air conditioned storage and it kept my property in good condition.

This is a small storage complex (hidden gem) in spring close to 45. I had an indoor unit here for 1 year and visited often. I always felt safe and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage

Since I have been at this location my rent has gone from $69 to $125 dollars over the course of a two years. They have forced clients to purchase insurance that is not needed just so they make an extra dime. I would recommend keeping your things at a reputable storage business like public storage or amazing spaces. You can tell when a company is near bankruptcy because they keep changing owners. That's my two cents.
