Called today at 11:00am about an item listed online. I offered to pay for it over the phone so they could hold it until I could pick it up in a couple of hours. The girl that I spoke with “Ariana” said they don’t take payments over the phone but she could set it off to the side for me. I gave her my name and said that I could be there before 1:00pm. I just showed up an hour after I talked to her and they sold it someone else ten minutes before I showed up. This place is a joke.

Went in to purchase something that was listed online and got to the store to find it was already sold, okay so delete the listing as it sells or would that make too much sense?Already there so I look around and over hear them turn down at least 4-5 customers trying to sell items and they state they aren’t buying/ doing loans on anything because they have too much inventory. Maybe because everything they have is near or at retail prices ?♂️?♂️?♂️

Don't even deserve a star went to see a otr GPS for truckers when tried to turn it on completely dead at the counter.. didn't have a charger or charging wire ..sales person had to look for something similar to plug it in.. got to charge worked there for a bit ..decided to give it a try may be needed to get fully charged..bought it for over $300.. went on the road and the GPS don't stay charge at all goes off..called the pawn shop after 2 days and very rudely said you bought as is ? you would think honor the sale with the receipt.. bunch of crooks with a licence to sell..Definitely do your homework before buying from this crooks‼️

Bought a staple gun from this location coast me a couple 100 dollars went and tried to find staples for it and the staple gun is discontinued they don't make the staples for it any more called to let them know they sold me an item that is discontinued and has no use and the lady on the phone said I don't know what to tell you. They clearly don't do do there research before buy items off of people. Will not be returning to this location they are scammers and very unprofessional.

Had to give one star to leave a review. No stars for meBought a 14k ,opal/diamond necklace here for $480 . Absolutely beautiful piece. Fell on a emergency and needed extra cash for 30 days. Figured I could borrow against necklace. It was $480 I needed $175.They offered me $40. Even though 6 months prior I had bought it from them for $480. Do yourself a favor and shop with honest people. Even the employees tell you to go elsewhere. ??

I pawned my ps4 and gave them 2 controllers when picking them up they gave me a different controller and then claim to not have the controller I gave them, these ppl are a rip off.

Oh my goodness! I tell you what...this pawn shop has gone down hill fast! The big guy and young black girl totally acted as if we were a bother to them coming in 20min before closing. All the stuff was already put away...wanted to look at jewelry and they said it was put up already. Just a bad experience 5/14/23 at 5:40pm

I've been in a few times of late to pickup tools for various projects. Cypresswood Pawn & Gun has always had exactly what I was looking for and the items have been fairly priced as well. I've been fortunate enough to get to work with Chuck each time I go in. He knows his stuff and is a definite asset to this store. I'll go back here the next time I need tools without a doubt.
