Went there for a check-up at Minute Clinic. NP Myles Cullen was my provider for the visit. I cannot give him higher scores. He was very kind, friendly and professional.
The visit went well and he eased my anxiety by being very thorough in explaining things to look out for, what to avoid and plan of care.
CVS/Minute Clinic has a great employee in Myles Cullen.
Hands down recommend.

How's many times can a voice prompt say sorry before it transfers you top a person? More than 20. Then you get a person that can't help you or transfer you to the pharmacy. You Gabe to call back. Then you get told to leave a message where they will call you back in an HOUR or more! Worst customer service ever!

Sometimes a little busy or not organized but usually quick, no lines except for the drive thu and that goes fast too. Very nice helpful people. I drive 8.1 miles just to avoid cvs cypresswood and aldinewestfield. That says enough!

Love CVS store on 2920 and Ella. First, anyone reading this, keep in mind that if you leave a review, there is a difference between the store and actual pharmacy. CVS, in my opinion is not a “drug store”. If you are ever disgruntled with the pharmacy, don’t take it out on the store staff. If you are in a bad mood, don’t take it out on the staff. It’s your problem, not theirs. They aren’t pharmacists nor certified to work in the pharmacy. My hope is that CVS corp will change the feedback questionnaire differentiating a customer’s experience between the two totally different departments. Now on to what makes me happy……. I can find anything I need quickly. Either because I already know where things are(I am tech savvy) or a staff member helps me. I have NEVER witnessed an upset staff member unless a customer has completely belittled them and treated them terribly. I’m a regular. Look me up. I would know. And I have told customers to take a breath and not take it out on staff members. I do this with any store I enter. This store is my favorite. You have a problem with pharmacy or Minute Clinic, take it up with their boss. Don’t take it out on the store staff. Did I mention that I absolutely enjoy going to this store? Love love love the staff, manager, and how nice and easy it is to find the things I need. Plus my little ones enjoy getting a “prize” aka toy etc when we go.

Absolutely incompetent pharmacy staff. I called the phone number with my insurance twice while at pharmacy to get info. Both times I was told the pharmacy should be calling and that it happens frequently with CVS that they have patients call instead. I’ve used other locations without issue. After I obtained the information then the pharmacist decided, an hr later, that he would try to call.

Drive through is slow. I watched 20 minutes of a show waiting in line. When I pulled up I was told I had another 20 minute wait even though I spoke to someone to confirm my prescriptions yesterday. There is a reason why this pharmacy has a low rating. A bunch of young kids work there. The girl at the drive through takes her time. When you call you have to leave a message now. Not able to speak to anyone live. If you need mounjauro you’ll have to wait depending on your strength they are usually out. Sad that I have to go elsewhere this pharmacy would have been convenient they are around the corner from my house.

Thank you Ms. Nadia for helping me out today…. she was very busy stocking everything, cause it didn't seem to busy as u thought she was the only one working. She was very kind enough to stop and help me find an item for my sick baby that i needed with a friendly attitude. I also noticed the young man sitting around up front not doing much. I couldn't find anyone upfront for a while i thought that was weird. Other than that great service. Cvs needs to have more workers like Ms. Nadia.
