This is by far the worst costumer service I ever had to deal with . Whoever manages that pharmacy is incompident beyond to do they job . Go to any other pharmacy but this one .

Sat and waited at the self check out longer than it took me to find my medicine because nobody was there to check my ID for it being an age restricted medication
The pharmacy itself had plenty of personnel to attend to customers however, the only person working the storefront and registers was a lady that was seemingly more interested on sitting in the back talking on her phone

I felt ambushed by an employee who took assumed I was ready to check out when I wasn't near the check out. Then when I proceeded to go to self check out they took my items from my hands and rung them at the self check out while attempting to make conversation with me. I have bad general anxiety and I am sick. I went in to get medicine and a few other things. I wanted to go in, get out. I don't appreciate this "customer service." Teach your employees to read customers and to give them personal space. This guy had no boundaries

Jasmine was absolutely fantastic at the pharmacy. I went in today with my family because I have been dealing with awful allergies and nothing seems to help. She took extra time and care to talk with me and give me good advice on how to go forward. I am trying out my new medication and I have high hopes this time it will help!

I don’t think I’ve ever bothered writing a review for a pharmacy or grocery store before. I’m only writing this to bring to management or the store owner’s attention how phenomenal their employee was who was working the front counter and checkout area on 5/25/24 around 11 AM. My family all went into the store separate and all discussed in the car how crazy it was of an experience that good with a CVS employee going above and beyond to assist us with anything we could’ve needed. He was actually asking us if we needed help? He practically acted like instacart doing the shopping for us. I didn’t gather his name, so hopefully the date/time slot is able to track back to him. A+++ employee

Your associate, Terryon is an extremely courteous and helpful young man. He greets everyone and genuinely offers his assistance. This is rarity in today’s society. He should be training others how to provide this World Class Service! KUDOS to Terryon!!!

Please don’t get ur important prescriptions here! Go to HEB or somewhere else! This is the worst Pham in the area!! Prepare to wait forever and good luck getting any kind of decent service!

Due to insurance I recently transferred to CVS. After hearing the frustrated people I anticipated the worst. They have apparently fixed the issues. My service has been great and never a wait. There were 10 staff working in the pharmacy on my visits.

The lady working pharmacy drop off (with the headset) is one of the rudest people I have encountered at any store. She repeatedly ignores questions, rolls her eyes at you, and then gives an answer that has nothing to do with the question being asked. Seriously she should not be allowed to interact with customers. And is the sole reason I will not use this pharmacy location again.

I’m giving this location a one star, Why closed all cash registers 25 mins before closing? Are you not open?
I’m so over these people who clearly don’t want to be at work, clearly don’t appreciate having a job. It shows! Smh
I understand you want to get home but closing the registers 25mins early just because the store has a kiosk is still unacceptable. Just rude.
Now I can’t make a cash app paper money deposit. Thanks to the young lady who worked tonight shift.
