Paying employees to stand around fiddling with their phones while customers have to check themselves out is the epitome of stupidity!

Do not come to this place for shots. It is useless to make appointment online when they are 30 min late to call you in.

I needed to buy a wrist blood pressure monitor to keep an eye on it since I was recently prescribed medication for high blood pressure. I saw online that there was one for 49.99 after $10 off so I went in-person to buy it. I get a discount on eligible products with my insurance so I asked an associate/cashier that was standing in the front of the store how my discount works because I wanted to see if the item would come out cheaper using my insurance vs. my cvs extracare. She scanned it with my insurance and explained the price was set at $72 but without insurance, it comes out $59.99. Mind you, she didnt bother scanning it without my insurance so the 59.99 was incorrect (I found this out later after doing self-checkout.) I told her its supposed to be $49.99 but she said that she didnt want to argue with me. I was talking calmly and casually, also I'm not a person to start issues so that statement took me by surprise. I'm currently working 2 jobs in customer service so I know how to go about talking to people in a friendly/respectful manner. This employee should not be working at the registers/self checkout if she does not want to help customers and immediately has an attitude with them. Customers will start leaning into self-checkout in order to not deal with her. Which is exactly what I did. I showed the employee a picture of the price tag that I saw where I had grabbed the item. She said she "didnt know what the $10 off meant", she "can't change the price", and she didnt bother finding out for me. I told her thank you for the information and went straight to self-checkout. I scanned the item and it was $49.99. And I was able to apply my extracare rewards by myself since the employee didnt bother to help me. Will only do self-checkout from now on, or purchase medical stuff at the pharmacy (at least they were nice and tried to help me). This happened on 06/12/2024 around 3:00pm with the tall, brown hair, heavy set woman working near the registers. She'd be better doing stock/inventory in my opinion.

Worst location to exist in the history of CVS. Most incompetent, slow, ableist bunch I have ever met. Thank the lord they aren't dispensing emergency meds, people would be laid out everywhere. They couldn't keep up in a Morgue, def shouldn't be around the living.

0 stars!!! I predict they will be going out of business soon. I was there last week to pick up an online order. No one was visible as I walked in the door. I called out "hello" and was there for about 5 (not exaggerating) minutes before anyone showed up? Good thing I am not a thief, otherwise I could have had a good grab. A few days ago, making an in store purchase, my card was scanned, items on the counter and I reached over to grab some gum and someone else was being helped at the same register with a return. She did not have a receipt. They asked her for her ID, minutes later a manager came to help since the system wouldn't allow money back. They went back and forth trying to figure it out. She looked at me and said, the self check out is open. Unfortunately, I had a purchase that required an actual person to complete. Needless to say, 15 minutes after scanning my card, I finally made the last purchase ever at CVS!!!!!

CVS is the worst of all the pharmacies.. Grossly overpriced... Inconvenient policies... Bad hours... Rude employees.. People who get their prescriptions free via health insurance are the only reason they are still in business... They price gouge everyone else on medications, and other goods... Everything is way overpriced if you have to come out of pocket... I recommend everyone move their business to another pharmacy... Kroger has good prices... Heb is ok... Mom and pop pharmacies are usually really good with customer service... Stay away from CVS and WALGREENS...

I’ve come to always expect the worst from this location. Always a frustrating experience.

I went in to get a passport photo after waiting 50 minutes at Walgreen's where they royally messed up my order and I got a refund. I was in and out of CVS in 15 minutes with my passport photos.

The little short pharmacist is very rude and impatient. He makes everyone more irritated and angry .He needs to be replaced or learn how to act from his co workers . Every other worker there is great but him.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Using a GoodRX coupon required them to reprint my prescription paperwork. 15 minutes later I'm STILL waiting. Only four other people, counting drive thru, came in while I was waiting. I don't understand.

Never go to this CVS Pharmacy…..rude, obnoxious staff that hangs up on patients who inquire about their prescriptions….a disrespectful, disgusting human being of a pharmacist named KINGSLEY UCHE AHAIWE, who talks down to women and consistently hangs up on patients who ask for their life saving medications to be transferred because they moved…people like this are an insult to the pharmaceutical business….they should NEVER be allowed to associate with the public….pharmacy staff like “Monique”, who lie about how they are new to the pharmacy just to avoid DOING THEIR JOB….I have already reported them to not only the BBB, but plan on speaking to CVS’s corporate office about how they ILLEGALLY hold YOUR prescriptions so no other pharmacy can process those LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS….if you care about your family, friends, and neighbors, avoid the CVS PHARMACY OF GROGANS MILL
