This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The first time I went here the lady in the back was extremely rude to customers and staff. She sat on her computer making ignorant comments to the staff so that they were not even able to do their job in a timely manner. The minuteclinic is absolutely abysmal, impossible to ever get somebody on the phone. During a pandemic you would think that they would prefer speaking on the phone rather than having sick people come directly into the business for meaningless visits. The 3rd and final straw is when I booked a covid test online, I had to book 2 days ahead because they had no appointments available. When I showed up for my test I was told that they didn't have my information down, I showed them the confirmation email and the confirmation text number and they said it must have somehow been deleted. At this point I am extremely sick and they would not allow me to take the covid test even though all of the information on the confirmation email was correct. I now have to book a test 2 days from now at walgreens. I will never use this business again!

Specific to the minute clinic. The nurse was attentive and friendly but the PA was highly unprofessional. Would not recommend.

After scheduling an appointment, I've been signed in and sitting here for 30 mins with absolutely no attention. Tick tok tick tok

Don't bother making an appointment for your Covid vaccine. Walk-ins without an appointment, go in front of you while you wait with everyone else that made an appointment. Isn't right and not sure why they would do that.

The covid testing was such a a smooth process and they were very accommodating to get my family tested quickly. Definitely recommend this covid testing site!

If I could give 0 stars I would literally the worst, I made an appointment for a Covid test the email and text both say to wait outside for someone to give a call 40 minutes later I'm calling the pharmacy to have to wait another 20 min online to come inside the clinic. Once I the clinic they were like oh they just went to lunch you have to wait another 30 minutes you probably put the wrong number, I was piss out at that time

I was told the wait at the clinic here would be 56 min and I ended up waiting almost 3 hours ! This is no way to run a clinic. Really wish they knew how to run a business properly, unfortunately I will never return here and make sure to not recommend them at all... just awful.

Cashier couldn't find my number in the system? Odd because I just got medicine here a week ago. Coupon they printed for me last week. Wouldn't even work. And was not expired. He didn't offer to give me the 20%. Stop wasting paper for receipts with 10000+ coupons if I can't even use them! This is why I stopped coming here and will continue to go to Walgreens. This is ridiculous!

Lazy, incompetent, and self righteous. Didn't fill our order because they were too lazy to call the 800 number for insurance and get info. Then had every excuse in the book. Went to H-E-B and they figured it out promptly

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The practitioners at minute clinic are paid based on production, meaning the more unnecessary procedures and tests they can do, the more they get paid! The nurse straight up told me "I know this test is going to be negative, but I'm going to do it anyway", and without properly explaining me the test and what the purpose was she had already shoved a qtip up my nose. Then weeks later I received a $70 upcharge for the stupid unnecessary test she said she knew it would be negative.. which didn't change the end treatment. This is why our health care system is broken, places like this and nurse practitioners like olubunkania kayode. I will never go back and make sure my friends/family don't either.

SO disappointed! No, actually I'm angry. The Minute Clinic inside CVS constantly promotes the preference for customers to use the CVS app, yet the app wouldn't let me schedule an appointment which was showing a 2 hour wait time. I drove to CVS to enter my registration for an appointment, and was issued a wait time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. I came home, waited, and drove back, arriving promptly before my appointment time, with my name showing "next" beside it on the kiosk. 10 minutes later the door opens and the nurse (PA, whatever the health professional is), asked if I was next, and said I might want to go somewhere and come back since she was on lunch. I asked why the appointment time was set during lunch, and showed just under a two hour wait, instead of saying almost 3 hours and 45 minutes to account for the end of her lunch time. Her reply was "we are required to take lunch here 1:30-2:30. I understand they need lunch time - but the customer shouldn't be told come back at a designated time only to be told leave and come back again at a later time. Technology is too advanced not to have a system account for scheduling appointments around a lunch hour. All this time I could have gone elsewhere, gone ahead and taken medicines, etc. No worries, I've scheduled an appointment with my doctor this afternoon, and I'll be sure to let everyone know how poorly treated I was today. You don't treat people that way; that's just wrong. Tried to contact customer service on the phone but after 30 minutes on hold I hung up. I already was feeling bad enough to go seek additional healthcare, and the way Minute Clinic treated me just made feeling sick even worse.
