This is the perfect gift shop for an out of stater. It is set up and offers a selection of items that are the perfect representation of an outside view of Texas. The shop designed to be fully wood and filled with leatherwork. The selection for Texas specific gifts was so broad, so if you need something to bring out of state to remember your visit, this is the place to go.

Gave 5 stars specifically because the shop was well stocked and staff friendly.Also to the person who left 1 star because they weren't open: these are family owned small businesses and life happens. Don't leave 1 star because of that.

I'm just writing this review to counteract the uncalled for 1 star review. Really?? These are small businesses often run by just one or two people. What a ridiculous show of entitlement to feel the need to publicly admonish a business for simply not being open when you wanted to drop in. Get a life.

They have great items in there representing Texas and I’ve bought from them for years but I was disappointed last Saturday when I went there to find them closed when the store hours on the door said they should be open. Ok I figured they’re running late. I left and came back 30 min later, still closed, and other people left too. Not a great way to keep people coming back.
