I had some difficulty with my LeGriddle's burners not reaching the proper flame levels. I was put in contact with Rodney O. to help resolve my issue. Rodney's response was almost instant and and through a series of emails he was able to troubleshoot and resolve the problem in less than a day. I couldn't be happier. Rodney was courteous and professional and provided the type of interaction with me I expect but seldom experience. My hat is off to Cunningham Gas Products and Rodney !! I highly recommend both. I bought my RCS grill from them and it is now 10 years old! Everything works great! I bought it from Jose 10 years ago and have needed a few parts for a minor repair (LED Bulb) for front and a few other minor things one would anticipate for grill maintenance. Jose has helped me every time and he knows the products and is very helpful.Great selection of grills as well as fire place logs and other gas related items!Great pricing and great service!
