This place is a joke. Courtney said he would have my very important gift ready by Friday. I spent time and money to show up and NOTHING was ready. I heard nothing, Courtney did not care enough to make it right, so I went home empty handed. Thanks for ruining a very important birthday for a very close friend. Don't waste your time, or money, like I did. Not 1 person tried to make it right. They do NOT care about their customers, clearly.

We use Crown Trophy monthly, and not only are they on point they also helped me in a pinch on short notice. Great customer service! Definitely will continue to use them!

My Cub Scout pack purchases trophies from this Crown location. They are always fast and ready to help. They will even offer improvements if there is a better location looking trophy available. I’ve been very happy with my experience.

Great customer service! Called last weekend to get soccer trophies for Thursday which was short timing. They were very courteous and finished before I needed them! Very easy to work with I will be using them again!

Awesome staff!!!! I received my order the same day as I ordered it. The guys cared about what I was trying to accomplish. My accomplishment was to complete 1,000 miles in 2020. They were excited that I was going to do it. They were very encouraging!!!! I DID; THANKS GUYS!!!!!
