I keep hearing that this is the store to go to. I'm dealing with some issues, and the store by my house is unable to assist. I'll be calling you shortly. If these reviews are correct, then I'm going to have a favorite cricket store.

Great customer service reviews?!! For real? I am a Cricket Customer. I went to this office because I was needing desperate help with my settings. I had changed from Apple to Android, and was not able to get my voicemail settings correctly. My Apple phone had broken. and I was dealing with a Cricket Android phone I quite did not understand. I am 67 years old and not savvy in technology. I am selling a house and was receiving messages and needed desperately to make my phone to work, but the voicemail did not work. As I arrived to the store, there were two workers, a man and a young woman, with NOTHING to do. There was not ONE Single customer in the store. They could not help me. If I had gotten there to buy a phone, I bet you both would have jumped to help. The woman asked my password and did something in her phone and told me to call 611 if I needed help. I sat there and called 611 but Customer Service line said "they were experiencing many calls" (usual litany) and could not answer, and the message said it would take a long time to get back to me. I am normally a peaceful person, but I got so mad, that jumped out of the chair and left that store, flying. Likewise, I will never ever return. Lazy people, they do not want to work. Want to get paid to do nothing. Just remember how hard I worked when I came to Houston, just for pennies, and now days people believe they deserve a life. I just cannot understand it.

I am very honored to compliment Angelica.She was very patient with me as she carried out trying to get my cell phone to work properly. Her attitude was very good in this long precedure.Angelica shared with me the Govt. program and I qualified and she took all my info and called it in and now I have a brand new FREE cell phone.I am so happy that Angelica took such good care of this 79 yr old lady. Cricket, Angelica is a very positive access to Cricket.She even plans to come out to the Senior Apts in the Woodlands where I live to share the Govt.Program.Be sure to put fuel in her car to drive out here(just a thank you). Cricket, I have been with you for many years and Angelica has been the very best !!!!! May God continue to love and bless your business and employees. Mamastrong

Go see Cynthia! This girl is by far amazing with customer service. She literally makes you feel like family and it’s as if she already knows you. She helped me and my wife and gave us the greatest deals. Now the other girl Lisa I’m not sure if she still there but if you see a Red haired girl RUN! It was your luck if you went in while she was in a good mood. But Ms. Cynthia she is just amazing and the way she engaged with my kids too. Now she’s what I call top notch customer service go see her you won’t regret it with cynthia at all. Thank you Cricket for having one hell of a girl at our local store

I like this store make sure to go on the weekends when Cynthia is there she always gives some good deals especially on iphones i brought over a total of 4 lines just because of her and referred her to my mom who also brought two lines from t-mobile. You wont regret your visit when tmobile gave us a hard time she actually found the solution to switch us over she took the stress away.
