The manager is terrible. She definitely treats people she sees as "other" very poorly. The assistant bragged once about how they violate labor laws by not giving employees their breaks. Turn around is dreadful for a reason.

Went to the location on Gosling & West Rayford Road in Spring TX and the service agent that must be new had a line really long because she didn’t know how to load a customer’s visa gift card. When I got to the register I asked to load my Chime card with cash and she got rude like she was upset because she didn’t know how so she just told me a flat out NO. Now the white customer before myself she did everything possible to please them and get the gift card loaded. Me being of African American descent I was not treat the same, and the other customers saw this and it me feel that much more uncomfortable. Circle K please address Kimberly your store clerk that refused to assist and not call a sister store or a manager for assistance.

Always take forever to check out and always dirty. The frozen shake machine never works. Today I stood in like for over 15 minutes to check out. The line was wrapped around the store and the manager came out just as the end of the line was getting checked out..how convenient. They don’t have enough people working there. It’s too bad because it’s a large location and could be great with enough employees.

The cashier shut the store for close out. Usually, 12-30, Store has been closed for over 50 min. I came at 12:30 and leaving at 1250. She ignored the 4 customers parked in front of store. Then when I knocked on the door, she verbally assaulted me. Said she wont open the store and left everybody sitting there. The manager needs to check this employee. Not service oriented. Wrong person for the position, will lose customers, like me, according to my spending app, i spend $900/mo because of her. Now times that by 100, if she upset at minimum.

Cashier makes customers wait and is hateful, she doing things in donuts and when you go make her aware you are there and ready to check out,because she's not paying attention.

STILL SHAKING!I just left the gas station, that I go to often and have liked in the past (convenient coming home from the gym). Today I got gas and a car wash. As I pulled around to car wash, there sat a white mini van inside the car wash, doing nothing. Took me a second to realize they weren’t getting a car wash. I paused before putting my code in, something didn’t feel right.The mini van saw me and zipped out of the car wash, only to speed around the parking lot and re-enter the car wash line right behind me. But then he didn’t move… I thought it might be a service guy working on the car wash? You would think he would jump out and stop me from entering the car wash…. He did not.I entered the car wash without putting in my code, paused to see what he was doing… he was waiting for me to enter! I still don’t know what was going on but I felt very scared and so I didn’t get my car washed and I drove straight out.Have been trying to call them at this Corcel K ever since and no one answers the phone.

Got gas today and then went to the car wash to clean my car. Car before me went in and got a wash. I paid for mine proceeded to enter the car wash car, wash started, sprayed soap, and then stopped and told me to pull forward and leave. I went into talk to cashier and she referred me to the manager, they refunded my money. My car was covered in soap and no way to rinse it. Manager said the car wash is broke and I said well that’s interesting because a car in front of me just went through without a problem. All try did was refund my money, had no resolution on rinsing my car. Not very helpful! Will not be using their car wash ever again. It it was broke then why was it not blocked off so people don’t use it?

Manager here is about as useful as pushing a door that says pull. Sitting there saying oh I can't take a circle k giftcard without any reason or explanation why, like most managers would have an explanation on why, like myself who is a manager very disappointed in the fact that they put someone like that in charge

I stopped in the other day for a bite to eat and some sundries. This is mostly about the food. In its previous branding as a Corner Store, the food had definitely declined. After the rebranding, it looks like they have a commitment to having many choices on offer. There were sandwiches (hot and cold), burritos, egg rolls, chicken strips, and other choices joining the usual roller grill hot dogs. Those, by the way, were not available when I was there--not ready yet. I picked up a basket of chicken strips and potato wedges, some cookies, and a Polar Pop. It's convenience store food--nothing special going on, but it was very edible and reasonably fresh. The drink machine was working well, and they have lid dispensers that allow you not to touch other lids in the process of retrieving one. The cookies were not so good--still had Corner Store branding and may have been there since then. Stale. I did not finish. But overall it was fine. Service was decent, what with the store being busy. My clerk wore a mask, but the other did not. Overall it is fine, certainly an improvement.
