I myself gotta say this is heaven on earth. Best Buy was trying to send my computer to the moon and back and billing me a fortune for it but went to Computer Monkey and my issue was resolved within hours and at a affordable price. I hope nothing but the best for them and BestBuy should just send their customers to them. It's about making the customer happy and coming back, any other issue in the future they know, " I'll be back" thanks Computer Monkey ???

I can’t say enough about this place. This is the second time we use their services to fix our desktop computer. His super knowledgeable and runs a honest business without adding extra fees like Best Buy or any other repair services would do. Will be using him again if ever needed. Was able to get my computer fixed on the same day! Highly satisfied recommend to anyone.

One of the hinges on my Lenovo laptop went wonky. I stopped in and met Carl. After providing the model number details, he ordered the required parts. I stopped in with the laptop a couple of days later and watched Carl install the new pieces. Quality work and a fair price. Recommended.

I had to took my hp omen laptop to change my HDD to SSD because it was super slow and man let me tell you its so fast now. Best service and a very good price. I had brought my own ssd which was a 1tb ssd and computer monkey installed it and also installed windows 10, didn’t even take 2 hours. I will highly recommend very good price compared to the other place i had went to which they were almost charging twice the price. I will for sure come here!!

Took my desktop computer there with power cord. ? The service guy wasn't able to get it up and running said the video wasn't working. I took it back home plugged it up and all the apps and picture came up. Sad ?

I had a broken flash drive that seemed to be terribly damaged! I was extremely horrified and utterly anxious at the thought of loosing all of my files that I had saved on it! The awesome team at computer monkey fixed it in no time! It does not look as if it has ever been damaged! My files are also still on my flash drive! Thank you so much computer monkey! Can’t wait to send one of my lap tops that needs to be fixed!

I noticed my laptop was getting swollen after it had overheated and was no longer holding onto a charge. Took it to computer monkey they swapped out the battery for a new one and has been working like new ever since.
