My only complaint about the room is that curtains did not Block out all the light. Otherwise, room was perfect. Clean, everything working, and very comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing!!!! Area of town not so great, some yelling in parking lot at night and several situations with people outside hotel that were possibly intoxicated. Breakfast was best tasting I have had in a hotel for years. However, the Pleather chairs were old and the pleather coming off so they looked terrible.

Terrible experience. It’s hard to explain the horrific experience. Their error had me locked out of my room. They refused to even retrieve my stuff. I had to call the police. Corporate was no help. They actually said they can’t help and call the police. The manager on duty got back to me after it was settled. The desk clerk would not let me talk to a manager. Do not stay here is you trust a real person who travels.

Got scammed! I reserved room selecting pay at property and could cancel with refund if I changed my mind.after I booked they took money out of my account. I decided to cancel my reservation but they would not refund my money saying it's hotel policy even though I selected pay at property. Would not recommend bad business.

Super dirty and dusty. Visible coffee stains on bedside, dusty lamp stand, sticky and dirty carpet, and nasty looking bathroom. Curtain couldn't close properly, we had to buy safety pins from a nearby Walmart to hold them closed for the night. Some lights don't work and snot like stains on the sofa jeez...

First of all the staff is great very friendly. The reason for the one star rating the elevator was down. We had reserved a handicapped suite because of my mother. My mother is 80 years old with mobility issues. She had to climb stairs do to the elevator issue. Our reservation was non refundable. Why on earth would you offer a handicapped suite knowing the elevator not working. Also there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from others suites in the morning. I have stay at this location multiple times but not any more. Time too move on to other options.

Lilly was absolutely amazing. Helped us significantly on needing a last-minute room. Her customer service was phenomenal. This girl needs a raise and a promotion!

Your car will be broken into and your property will be stolen if not your whole vehicle. Manager could care less, cops won’t even show up when called. Absolute nightmare.
