Today, I purchased a Covid home test from Walmart. At first glance, it didn't appear tampered but when I got it home and started to open the box, that's when I clearly saw the seal was slit. I took it back to get a new whole test but when I talked to the customer service rep, she said they couldn't take the test back and no refund could be given. I said I didn't want a refund, I wanted a new test. She talked to another rep, that rep talked to another rep who finally came out and repeated the same thing I had already been told. I asked for another test, she said they were out (without looking). So I asked her if she could have someone check the back. She got on the radio and asked someone and the response came back there wasn't any more in stock. I'm frustrated I purchased a kit that someone stole from. I'm angry someone stole and got away with it but I paid the price. There has got to be better protocols in place for your team members on how to handle the issues with Covid test purchases, above all and most importantly, your team members need customer service skills training. Because they deal with all walks of life, I understand that, but it's exactly why they need training. Learn how to be professional.

We travel the country coast to coast in a bus .. I've never been to such a poorly managed Wal Mart ANYWHERE.. The very, very few checkers they provide are so rude & poorly trained. The lines for checkout or returns are always long. Is there any management here ?

24 hours? I got to the garden center at 9:42pm. I'm out of town a lot and this was the only free time I had. I needed Christmas lights. They locked the garden center doors as soon as walked up. The reasoning was that they're setting up for the Black Friday event. It's Tuesday. I'm glad I wasted this trip.

Every time I have had to return an item, the workers are very very rude!!! Everyone that I have encountered has been rude and act like they are doing you a favor!! Also in the self checkout lanes the workers who stand there to help are no help!! One time one women who works there had such a bad attitude, I was scared she was going to hit me!! Won't be going back!

BAKERY REVIEW: Needed a birthday cake for a family member, and read that Pillsbury now provides the cake to WalMart, in their bakeries. Prices listed seemed expensive, and I thought it was due to supply cost, but I ordered a swirl (choc/vanilla) 1/4 sheet cake. Specified royal blue trim, and Happy Birthday on it, with my son's name, as well. I got a text receipt for the cake, and then got a text on the day it was due to be ready, and they let me know it was ready, 2 hours early. I was pleasantly surprised that the cake comes in a craft paper style bakery box, and the writing was professional and perfect. The cake was really tasty; cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was fresh, and not too thick. This was a true improvement from the cakes I have gotten at local grocery stores! Not only that, it was only $15.00,and the signs seemed to indicate it would be more like $22.00. This was a great experience, and the employees at the bakery were kind and helpful. I'm sold on WalMart cakes for all of my bakery needs!

I had a negative experience with a manager named Kerra. She was unprofessional and very nasty with her attitude. I was simply trying to show her a quoted price online for a child's bike and she insisted that she wasn't honoring the price because it was from a third party vendor. I explained customers should not be responsible for knowing if products are from Walmart or third party vendors especially if you look something up and it comes underneath Walmart. No customer service at all just arrogance.

Why do I even bother continuing to shop there? 20 minutes in line to check out for a live person. I don't do scan and go as I do not work there. Worst shopping experience ever today! Out of 23 cans of Pillsberry blueberry biscuits, only one can was not expired! Other things in the dairy area had newer items placed in front of older items. They are not appropriately rotating the stock! Same thing with expired items in other parts of the grocery center. Contacted the manager and he made the right kind of noises and removed the expired cans but since this is not the first time I've made this complaint, I really don't expect for this to go any further or get any better. There are plenty of other places to take my business!

I used to work at this Walmart, and let me tell you it was HORRIBLE! I worked here for a year at a young age and I was one of the youngest in my department. However, I was treated with such scrutiny. My supervisor always made sure to tear me down every single shift without fail, even made a scene one day in front of all my coworkers which led to me crying and quitting after that. I was also considered a "part time" associate but I would be scheduled 40 hr weeks! So I do all the work and get NO benefits??? Yeah that's how Walmart is! PLUS this time I was scheduled for 8 days in a row with not one single day break and I tried to take it up with the managers because that's not okay at all, I was so exhausted from this draining job, but instead they got mad at me for even bringing it up!!! I could go on forever about how bad this place is, but basically don't ever work here, you'll hate it. Finally, this store should be reported for its poor treatment to it's staff! If I could go back and take them to court I would!!! This store treated me worse than any other job I have ever had!!!

I give credit to Gigi, the Walmart associate that delivered my order with a wonderful smile and attitude! This store, and others, find it difficult to keep Sam's Zero Cola in stock. Thusly, I decided to order 12 for pickup, along with similar items: pig ears and distilled water. I'm pleased to say that the other items stayed in the order as they should. Walmart took it upon themselves to substitute 4 unavailable Zero Colas with the nasty Diet Cokes I will not drink. Perhaps the Coke Zeros might work, but it should be my decision, not theirs! I made the correction on their initial confirmation, and they only delivered the Sam's Zero Colas that I love. I thought that I ordered 4 gallons of distilled water, but there were only 3 delivered and charged for. They got my pig ears perfect. There are issues with the pickup communications, but alls well that ends well! Thank you wonderful Walmart!

I much prefer this Walmart than the ones close to my house. It's totally out of my way, so we'll see how often I actually come here. From the road, you feel like it's kind of hidden behind the trees, it's a nice entrance. It's probably just me but their parking lot seemed to be a lot bigger/spread out than other locations. They even had an electric charge station! Inside, everything looked to be super organized in all the aisles and even their aisles seemed wide and spacious. The employees we encountered were friendly/helpful which I feel like is not typically the case when I go to a Walmart. We went to the phone section for a couple of SIM cards and (I wish I remembered his name) the sales associate was SUPER HELPFUL. Really nice guy - from start to finish, he was there to follow through.

This place charged my card once again for a cake that I had placed a month ago. But it seems like one of the employees decided to use my information to buy themselves a cake. I have called four times and left on hold for 20 minutes each time then not even connected to anybody they just hung up on me. I had to call from a different phone and the manager answered IMMEDIATELY. So I know the enployees we're trying not to show my complaint to the manager until they knew it was not me. This is unacceptable they took my money and I can't even talk to anyone about it.

The store it's self is great; but horrible customer service. The lady at the register was being lazy I asked to buy stamps and she said there was no stamps. I had to go to another employee who got them for me. Then that same lady at the register started arguing with me saying that Walmart doesn't allow price matches. That's another lie. If she's so miserable working there she needs to find a new job.

Decent Walmart and kept pretty clean. Nothing overly exciting, but I will say I prefer this location versus the location in Conroe. Even though I live closer to the Conroe location I would rather take the extra time to come to this location. The people are a bit nicer and the layout is very nice and not as cramped. Nice location over all!
