We have been taking our vehicles to this Christian Brothers location for 10 years. They have seviced 4 different vehicles for us in that time. They have been courteous. The location is clean and comfortable. They have a courtesy shuttle that allows me to drop off the cars and return home to go about my day while the cars are being worked on. The owner greets me by name. They have worked on becoming transparent by installing a window in the waiting room, so you can see when your car is being worked on. They also send me texts with a link with photos and prices about issues they find, and I can approve the services through the link.
When on occasion a problem arose, the owner personally worked with me to make it right. I really like this business for their friendly professional service. I plan to continue to use them for a long time.

I highly recommend this location!!! The service was above and beyond. I needed a oil change before work this morning, and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable of my needs, and it only took 30mins or less. This isn’t my first rodeo with this location, the staff always give great service.

Every time I’ve been serviced at Christian Brothers Auto has been top notch! Everyone is kind, professional, offers something to drink whether coffee or water. Even had a delicious cookie that was unbelievable tasty!! I will continue to use them, the PLUS was a coupon which these days savings is valuable! So thank you for doing such an amazing job! On my way to work this morning I noticed weird sound coming from my car and when I looked underneath my car the engine cover came off then I quickly took my car to Christian Brother Automotive in Rayford Rd/ Spring, TX. They were very friendly, professional and fast. I was off to work in 10 mins. Thank you so much! You guys were amazing! Highly recommend!!
