I went in there today for a deposit issue. It was a very frustrating situation, although there was a long wait period to see a banker it was well worth it. the banker i worked with (Janette Rios) was able to locate the problem with the deposit and was very empathetic with my situation. Told me if I have any problems with the people on the phone to come back to her

I went in and the greeter was kind. Easy access to get money from the ATM inside. I wasn't too familiar with that ATM but the greeter saw I needed help so she assisted me. I appreciated the great customer service. Even if it was just smiles the clerks gve is so important.

My experience in this place was terrible. Very poorly attended to by Anthony Rodríguez. And in addition to the poor service I went for, they didn't ask me to do it.

My sister and I went to this branch. She was trying to open an account. We had the worst customer experience ever. We got discriminated for the fact that we are Hispanic. There was a representative there with tattoos, that’s told my sister that we will need an appointment in order to open an account, which is understandable. But, she also made a remark that my sister must be an American Citizen in order to open an account. She assumed that we might be illegal. I tried calling the brunch manager to report this without luck. I will report this to corporate. Para la gente hispana no vayan a esta locación. Muy mal servicio y los van a discriminar.

Only two drive thru atms were full. So decided to go inside the bank after hours. Scanner for the card or wallet to enter the bank didn’t even work correctly. Please fix this or add another drive thru atm

I went to this bank to cash a check. The man at the front was on his phone the whole time I was there. I felt like he was setting me up to be followed home or robbed. There was no parking for handicap vehicles that didn’t have a handicap plaque or license plate were parked there in all the handicap spots. The manager was no where to be found so I could ask about all this

The inside ATM is never open during the weekends. I always come here to get cash and try to unlock the door with my card but it’s broken. You guys got to make sure to fix that and provide a better service for your customers. Btw one the drive thru ATM looks open but there’s no ATM available.

On 2/19/2022 we went to the bank to open an account. They were not able to assist us opening the account and therefore, scheduled for a meeting for 2/28/2022 at 9:30 am. When we went to the Bank, it was CLOSED. So, 2 mornings wasted. In addition, they never answer the phone. Just the automatic machine is who responds the calls. Too disappointed.

Went to try to get something notarized, Chase had 2 people at the front guiding the teller line, no one in line and no other customer came in. One of the 2 people at the front was the notary. They claimed they could not help because they were busy assisting other customers. Seemed very uninterested in doing his job.

Absolute worst business banking experience and the sad thing is I am alread a customer was just trying to ooen a new account.? Scheduled an appointment to open a new account went to this location come to find out it was completely closed down for the day and they never Call to inform me at all in the calling customer service they could not reschedule my not reschedule my meeting told me I had to do it through the app went to the app to reschedule but it was gonna be a following week following week went to a different location found out that all of the employees from this location had gone over to the other location to work for the day would have been nice to know spoke with business banker Amy falgout to get my situation corrected. According to her everything looked good but she was busy at the time just needed to submit one more form and was told to come back today at 1 PM for my meeting I show up for my meeting and they told me that my new meeting was supposed to be scheduled at 11 AM with which is impossible because I didn't get any notification that my time had changed and if I go to the app to schedule a meeting I have free rain to do so which means there was never a meeting schedule for me since I had already given my credentials But again I was told by Amy to show up at 1 o'clock today which I put in my calendar as wel. And instead of being completely accommodating knowing that I have everything they just choose to have me reschedule even though it was their fault their error absolutely ridiculous would never recommend recommend this location do not speak to the business bankers here they don't care.
