This is the 2nd time ive been to this location and both times they were not open during business hours. Its 931 and they are still not open. Ive seen 6 different people get out in the rain only to see the door is locked and then storm away back to their cars soaking wet and mad. This is ridiculous!!

Today 12-13-23 trying to talk to any person form this branch and never answer the phone. Been over an hours and this location just ignore my calls. Very bad service !!

Came here today 11/30 and the way the african american lady answered to me was just not okay.and then the other lady ignored what I had to say Definitely will look at another chase branch because this was not it.

The bankers here are useless. Came in for some documents to be notarized and they made it extremely difficult. I've never had this happen at any other chase location.

They always take for ever to do anything I would never bank with them personally! I have no choice but to use them to pay my rent and they suck! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Best service ever! All the employees are awesome and work well with what they are given. I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately corporate doesn’t take care of the employees here or even the branch (meaning customers), but the employees still get it done despiste it all. I’m loyal to the employees and nothing more. Chase corporate is on top of the list of terrible financial establishments! Just so I’m clear the 5 stars is for the employees not the Bank! Side note: I’ve been to other chase branches and they all have new furniture and this location has furniture from when they first opened! Shame on you Chase!

Put a sign up only ATM Is Open Not The Bank Made me waste a trip thinking 5miles back...Post it on Google map or site... people wasting time going to close bank....

I haven't had to make an appointment since COVID started, but I've been using this branch for 10 years now. It's always met my needs and I've never felt a reason to complain. But when my card got hit with a credit card skimmer at a gas station? These guys were on it. They had my cards replaced, I wasn't charged for the money stolen, and I was back up and running in days (only because it took the cards a couple of days to come in through the mail). This was all done incredibly quickly. Most likely going to continue using Chase, and this location in particular is always great with the service.
