Why is this drive up ATM always out of service? It's unusable more often than not. And then when you go to use the "24 hour" ATM that's inside the building, their card reader is turned off. I've wasted so much of my time over the years coming here to deposit cash only to see that BOTH ATMs are inaccessible.

Very poor customer service, no one had there name tag in the cashier part, and everyone was playing around and talking with each other. And put a sign to go on next line which the line was very big. I was there at 12:30 if you want to check the cameras!!

Zeke is probably the best Banker I've ever had the chance to work with. Every time I come in there.. which is often.. he is always helping me. Great customer service. Solid person.

I was so upset today with Chase that I went to the bank ready to close my account. I was furious about a situation that I felt wasn’t being handled accordingly. I sat down with Emmanuel Velazquez branch manager at this location and he changed my mind. He was able to relate to my situation and understood my frustrations. He sat down with me and fixed the problem and also help me set up my online banking tool. I can’t thank you enough Emmanuel for helping me understand how my specific banking situation worked and why I wasn’t being successful with banking with you guys. If you need help just ask for him because he will help you as much as he can and then explain to you why or what is going on without making you feel like your incompetent.

Bankers do not care about your time here. Went in 7/29 at 10am to speak to someone about my account and they told me there was 20 minute wait while I am standing there looking at two free bankers doing nothing of importance. Will be closing these accounts and taking all of my business to Wells Fargo where I never have to wait.

The two most basic functions of a bank are to receive and give money. It says a lot when an American institution will take foreign currency, but denies legal American tender for the same long-term customer during the same visit. Chase once again proving they cannot support their own business and accept deposits from their customers. This branch writes internal policies that go even further than the already strict Chase agreement allowing them to steal customers money and also to simply not accept it on order to pay bills.

Another attempt to use the ATM, another fail! Currently at 50% success rate on actually getting cash at this location. Not the way to run a business.

This is my first Google Review .. First.. this had nothing to do with this specific bank location in general.. but CHASE as a WHOLE... This just happens to be the bank I went to..... but I am so beyond frustrated.. Back in April 2021 Chase allowed someone to open a fraudulent account in mine and my wife's name. We filed a claim with Chase, police reports...etc etc. Was told all was taken care of by Chase and we were clear.... Today my wife and I tried to open a legit account with Chase and it turns out they cleared her name but denied mine for some reason.. when we filed with exact same notes at same time... mistakes happen.. but here's the UNBELIEVABLE part...I called the claim dept at Chase.. after 1:45 min on the phone they say they see the fraud claim.. it was approved to be removed back in April, but was still attached to me. I have spent over 3 hrs on the phone with various Chase Depts: Claims, Fraud, Collections.. who all confirm they can see the approval to remove the fraud over draft .. but none of them "actually can" remove it... and they all keep sending me to various other Depts. Paula in Claims sends me to Fraud.. a Lady in Fraud ID#: M280024 sends me to collections .. Cameron in Collections ID# E646820 sends me back to Claims (where I started) and says "he spoke to the "other" claims dept who would have to fix it. No one will take ownership or stay on the phone while we talk to the other depts because there is a "longer than 20 min wait" Now I'm on the phone AGAIN.. with claims.. speaking with a Sophie.. who so far is the only one that seems to want to legitimately help.. who said her manager told her the COLLECTIONS Dept would be the ones to clear it up... WOW.. They (Cameron in COLLECTIONS) JUST told me to call CLAIMS.. but Sophie said she is still trying to see whats going on. Sophie.. 5 stars.. CHASE Bank Customer Service... You're Lucky there is not a NEGATIVE star amount.. I have never in my 45 years of life dealt with such incompetence. I even tried to ask for a supervisor but could never get one... and these folks think I am going to entrust them with MY MONEY when they cannot even figure out who does what in their own business... I HIGHLY recommend you think twice about using CHASE bank. At the time of this post the issue is STILL not fixed and time on phone is still accumulating.. unbelievable!!

As a former Chase employee, I really dislike berating a Chase location, but this one really needs some help. I just got married and my wife went over there to open a checking and savings account and was confronted with : "due to COVID - you will have to make an appointment to see us. Didn't you know that? Well, we can't see you until next Wednesday." Needless to say, she didn't open any accounts with Chase at that location (near 99/Rayford in Spring 77386). Really sad because I have had my accounts with Chase for years; I really hope this is a "one off" - that just this location has some issues. Earlier this year when I needed help with something (simple), just after I moved to this area of Spring, I went there and the process was tedious (20 minutes for something simple). I hope someone at Chase reads this and takes a look at the customer service issues there.
