Wow! I can’t give enough accolades about this shop. They plugged my tire from a nail puncture in less than 15 minutes and charged less than $30!?!?! Elias in particular was extremely personable and found small details about my car to enhance our conversation. This was surprising because many mechanics are not necessarily people persons, but this place is magical!

AT THE REQUEST OF THIS BUSINESS I am editing my review, so now I will focus on the long-standing issues I have had with this place.
If you are paying for a rental while getting your vehicle repaired, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place will hold onto your car for 5 days, and you'll end up paying for more your rental than for the repairs.
Then, you'll probably have to take your car back two more times, because they didn't listen to you when you described the problem the first two times.
They are chronically understaffed and blame that for the long wait times, but charge so much for labor that they should be able to hire another mechanic.
Needless to say, I am shopping around for a new repair shop.

This is the best mechanic shop in the area for quality work and excellent prices. We originally took our vehicle to Firestone right up the road on Champion Forest and Louetta, and their prices were outrageous!! Then we remember the Goodyear shop near the Krogers. They saved the 60% of what Firestone was going to charge us. Now, we bring all of our vehicles here for maintenance and tires. It really is a great thing when you find a mechanic shop that you can actually trust. Highly recommended.

Always friendly and this team does quick, great work at a reasonable price. They have a shuttle if you need a lift home and free wifi? Plus great coffee ☕☺️

Eli and his employees are very nice, but most importantly they do great work in a timely way. You can trust them with an old car, to sell you only what are essential services, if you desire.

The friendliest owner and staff! They're always honest and transparent. The waiting room is very clean and they have complementary beverages and comfy chairs!
