Just picked up my wife's vehicle, thinking that it was going to be a whole lot more than what it was, if he would have told us it would have been more we would have never known but he is a trustworthy fair guy, he said the only thing that's wrong with it is the temperature gauge, and we thought it was more serious. I will definitely be returning back if anything else happens. I would recommend him to anyone

First time diesel owner. Bought the truck a couple years ago, and used Certified to go through the truck and make the necessary repairs. These guys have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to diesels and how to maintain them properly. This is now my 3rd time back for maintenance. Always get a call from Johnnie with a detailed description of what’s wrong and what needs replaced as well as a cost. Great communication skills throughout the vehicles repairs. I will not take my truck to any other shop. Highly recommend.

Johnny and team are top notch. Look no farther for a shop to work on your 2017 Duramax. I brought my truck in and they diagnosed the issue and return my truck ahead of schedule saving me 3 days worth of rental car fees. Look no farther for a excellent shop to repair your diesel no matter what brand of truck it is. Also very honest and extremely trustworthy. They will have my business as long as I own my Duramax. I have been looking for a diesel pickup up truck and it will be my first diesel. I found a diesel truck and reached out to Johnny because I wanted to have an inspection done before I flew down to Texas from Michigan. He said, do not get that year, make, and model. He gave me tones of information and advice on what diesel truck to get. I am still looking for a truck but I am still calling Johnny before buying my first diesel truck. A huge thank you to Johnny. Great customer service.

Been taking my cars to Certified Techs for years now. Another great job. Tuned up my daughter's car for college. Cheaper than anyone else in the area and had my car back fast. Even gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when the car was ready. These guys are top notch. Can't recommend enough!

These guys are 100% honest. My CP4 failed on my 2017 power stroke. Many times with this failure a complete replacement of the entire fuel system is required which would have been over 14K. Certified techs diagnosed and confirmed that the damages did not affect the entire system, and my repair was significantly less $$. Many mechanics would capitalize on this situation, while Johnny and staff were honest with me. I greatly appreciate it.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Certified Tech replaced the electronic power steering on my Infiniti. They were accommodating and efficient. Excellent customer service.
