The correct name of this business has been CENTRAL CLEANERS. In the past few months, it was purchased by new owners, and although the signage doesn't show the new name, they are now TRAN CLEANERS.I have used this dry cleaning location for the past year. In the past two months, I have had to have a few things RE-done, due to not following the seams, when doing pants. However, this past week, they totally ruined a pair of my husband's jeans, (that I order light starch on). There were yellowish/tan lines running down the entire side of one leg, and then the same marks, along the bottom cuff area. It looks like it was done by a machine!! They did a re-do; and it was exactly the same.I was told that maybe my husband got something on them. He didn't. When he put them on, I saw how strange they looked, and told him to put on another pair. He actually has another pair EXACTLY like the ruined ones; the inside tags prove their identical. The other pair is fine.Same thing on a dress shirt. This was probably the fourth time this recently purchased shirt was cleaned there, but THIS time, there were weird, large, irregular blotches all over the front of the shirt. They look like large water stains. Again, the re-do was a fail!I was then told that the problem was the fabric of the shirt. Seriously!!?!?Again, this was about the fourth time that this shirt had been cleaned & the fabric wasn't a problem then!!Even though this dry cleaner is the closest one to our home, I will not return!! I refuse to pay for sloppy work, clothes that are CLEARLY RUINED (that we have to pay to replace), AND TO BE INSULTED, on top of it.

Took some items in with stains I couldn't get out myself. The results were excellent, so thankful to the staff for their hard work! Saved my daughter's favorite outfit, thank you!
