Our experience here was wonderful. Dr Wall gave us all the time we wanted, answering questions and educating us during our appointment. His entire team is also patient, kind and highly qualified to help in the rehabilitation process of our dog Caruso who had a stroke resulting in paralyzation that has improved tremendously. I definitely recommend this veterinary hospital.

On May, my dog blanket was attacked by a neighbor’s dog off leash. He became paralyzed immediately after the attack and was unable to walk while recovering from surgery for almost 2 months before we found dr wall and the team. Other vets told us to put him down but after starting his sessions w dr wall he started showing small signs of improvement and eventually started walking again after about 1.5 months. Kari always kindly walked through what the sessions entailed and what to do at home. Words cant describe how thankful we are to have our happy blanket back on his feet again.

Excellent feedback from Dr. Wall on our girl Roxie. His explanation of Roxie's injury and what we could do to help Roxie live a wonderful healthy life was greatly appreciated. Kari did a nice job demonstrating and explaining all the exercises for Roxie. Thank you

My Max,a german shepherd, was stricken with DM. The kind folks here helped extend his life by keeping him physically active as long as God body let him (in a gentle way). I'm thankful for the extra time I had with him before i had to put him down. The Doctor and all of the staff here are super kind and committed.

Our dog considered this rehab center his second home. He loved all the staff (as did we) and could see measurable improvements over the weeks. Miss Patti was kind enough to take videos and photos to show us how he was doing, and we were thrilled to see that he always had his tail wagging. Clearly he loved the help and support he was getting. We definitely recommend Dr Rick Wall and all his staff if your doggie needs therapy.

Dr. Wall and his staff helped my husband and I through a difficult time during the treatment of our 14 year old greyhound. Dr. Wall was compassionate and helped ease our dogs pain over the last two months of his life. When the time came when we had to say goodbye, Dr. Wall helped ease our minds and reassured us that we were making the best decision for our boy. Dr. Wall was direct, but compassionate. His bedside manner was excellent. I highly recommend his practice and wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future. It's evident that Dr. Wall is not only knowledgeable, but passionate about easing pain in his patients.

The Staff and Dr. Wall were all so great with my Fox Red Lab Shotgun. He loved going there for his Rehab. They received us with welcome arms and a gentle hand upon our initial exam. I knew immediately he was in good hands. He made a remarkable recovery and is back at work as a Therapy Dog for MD Anderson Children's Hospital, TIRR and is also a K9 Ambassador for Bush Intercontinental Airport. We had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Wall at IAH not too long ago while he was waiting on a flight! Thank You all again.

I have now had contact with Dr Wall and his crew for 3 different dogs with different issues. Two of these dogs had been previously diagnosed with possible dysphasia and arthritis (clients' dogs). The other dog, mine, had collided with a moving car, and I wanted advice on recovery and rehab. In each of these instances, Dr Wall spent time physically examining the dogs, videoing and observing their gaits, and reviewing x-rays. In each case, Dr Wall was able to recommend reasonable, low cost treatments and preventatives that could be managed at home. While he obviously does extensive rehab work with dogs that need it, he can be trusted to tell you your dog does not need his therapy, but will do well with at-home exercises or even without any treatment. Because I often work with service dogs, his ability to differentiate between potentially career-limiting conditions and just poor gait is invaluable. For working dogs, he is also able to recommend preventative treatments to prolong joint health. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is concerned about his/her dog's abilities and disabilities. Just had another dog examined. Dr Wall and his staff continue to be professional and compassionate. Dr Wall takes into account the job or lifestyle of dog and owner to help determine best course of action, he explains clearly and listens as well. Offers an opinion, allowing client input.

Dr. Brannon and the entire support staff, especially Patti, are all so warm, caring and compassionate. They truly care about their furry patients and their patients human parents. The follow up post treatment and especially post surgery is excellent. I've owned many pets and had good veterinarians, but Dr. Brannon is the absolute best. She loves what she does and truly cares about the pets and it's evident by the exceptional care she provides. I am grateful that my little yorkie has such an amazing veterinarian and staff that care so much about him and that they go the extra mile to always give him the best treatments possible (and comfort me on the times where my worry for my little yorkie is overwhelming).

Dr. Brannon is good at making connections and processing the symptoms described by the pets' owner in her mind. Most of the time she treats my cat with good wisdom.
