Do yourself a favor and ask for Kristen. She was upbeat delightful to be around and asked the right questions to help me find the perfect boot inside my budget. She was also very patient when I tried on literally every boot on the shelf in my size.

I walked into cavendors.Today north grand parkway to buy my first stetson I wanted it a certain style.
I thought it was going to be difficult but a gentleman by the name of dreyton helped me not only did he do a perfect job by listenand molded this hat to perfection. great job I will only go back to this store because of this gentleman that did a great job.Thank you so much mister Drayton

Where do I start! Great experience. I finally decided I needed a real cowboy hat so I went in. I generally like to know basics of what im buying before i go anywhere but this just seemed easier to have someone explain the differences in prices and qaulity. Josh is the man! He took his time with me knowing i knew about nothing, showed me everything they had, gave me his recommendations, and i ended up with 1 nicer hat and another hat on top of it so he did well! LOL. But great experience because of Josh, clean store, good people. Ill be back.

James- hat shaping / hat bar!!! I was referred to him by some pals of mine in Magnolia. Took my classic resistol straw hat and a black felt for someone else. James was awesome! Of course - he was so polite and classy. Didn't try to oversell me. I will be back with my Silverbelly and my charliehorse once I get back from ⚓️⚓️⚓️ trip. Great service from the younger guy with a red beard... I think Dillon?, sorry if I got it wrong. On this visit I bought my first pair of cowboy boots. The agent was extremely patient and walked me through the whole process. It must have taken me an hour. He answered all my question. He was extra kind to my 10 year old son who was with me.
