I brought my Nikon camera to get a loan. They said the best they could do was $20. I took it one exit north to a competitor and they gave me 4x that amount! Won't be back here if they low ball you like that.

Not worth any stars! Zero! I wish all Cash America Pawns would close down! This location definitely needs to close down! Unprofessional, not clean and they are not applying the extra money towards the loan! They are pocketing some of what you add and your amount isn't going down! This location has been robbed several times and the parking lot is terrible making it hard to find parking! When I get my item, I am done with Cash America Pawn for good especially this raggedy, old, lazy employee having location!

I had bought a headset from them, took it home and tried playing on it, my husband tried everything to figure out what was wrong. No sound was coming from them at all! Went back to return them, they said we had to put a warranty just so we can have all out money back! Wasn't even 24h!! So basically that's how yall make yalls money accept junk sell it to your customers and take half their money if it didn't work like it's their fault it didn't. Scamming at its finest!

I bought a head set that was apparently defective, but in reality it did not work at all, they don't test anything here and also to be able to return and get all your money back your have to have warranty, even if the product don't work, I brought it back the next day and still, the warranty is 8 to 15, so basically out of the 40 I paid plus warranty they would give u back 30, scamming at its finest

I wanted to say thank you Ryan for your service and helping me with my Jewelry and giving me the option of layaway and explaining everything on how it worked and answering all my questions. I know I had a lot and I was very indecisive if I wanted to do the plan. But you helping me feel comfortable with the card and how the payments worked it made it easier for me to get the jewelry I wanted and I was able to buy something for my husband as well. This place is a joke. They offer to give you $10 on a $800 item. Then they charge $90 on a DeWalt impact driver when you can go to Home Depot and buy a brand new one for $100. This place deserves to go out of business.

Worst service ever, I don't know where to start. Customer service is horrible. They know Spanish when is convenient. Jacob, who is supposed to be a manager is unprofessional. The latina that has long dark curly hair, is uneducated. If you want to test your jewelry, this is not the place.

Scammy scummy sharks honestly. They way under buy, I mean WAY under buy and sell way over used marked prices. Tried to sell an item that’s sells used for $500 and the lady told me she would give me $75… $200 made more since you can still make a huge profit but $75? Guess she thought I was stupid or something. there was one good worker I’ve ever dealt with here i believe his name was Alex but everyone else shows no competence at all as to the items they’re buying. Don’t even waste your time thinking about coming here.
