Paid for the express detail, don't even think my car interior was cleaned.or wiped down. Uncommunicative, and just overall a bad experience. Waste of $45 with the tip. Have to take it elsewhere now

This car wash is the only place I will go to from now on! I was a little apprehensive after some of the reviews I read but that was not my experience. It’s only $35 dollars for wash and detail vacuuming. The equipment is pristine and the staff are so nice and friendly. Took only 20-30 min and I got to run into HEB while they did the inside of the car. Highly recommend!

First time going this morning. Here are my thoughts and comments.
Easy to use but, card only. Went out of my way to break a $20 just to not use it. I didn't see anything that said cards only on the site. Maybe I missed it. $8 for the self car wash for 10 mins. There's a green button you can put to end service and spend only what you use however, button did not work. Expect to spend $16 for two rounds. Unless you can speed run and wash your car in 10 mins. Some of the sprays didn't work. Just a little water came out. Had to skip two. The vacuums are $4. And again. The green button does not work to stop the machine. Exspect to do two rounds as well. Costing $8. So I spent $24 to self clean my car. Prob would've spent less if I could use cash. Was an meh experience for the price and service that I could use. Will most likely look for another place.

Terrible service. Paid for full interior and exterior. Manager came to me to extort an extra $30 because “there’s dog hair and it’s harder to get out”. Said if I didn’t want to pay for the extra work it wouldn’t be clean. What a racket. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great service as always!! Self service and detail options always leave my truck spotless! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a weekly touch up, or those who just got back from the deer lease.

Took my daughter’s new to her car in to have them shampoo the seats and carpet. They just made it worse. When I asked about the stains before and asked about how bad it looked after the language barrier left them just saying “yes shampoo” over and over and over. $120 to make the seats worse. Incredibly disappointed. The first four pics are before and the last five are after.

Way overpriced. The self service bay cost $8 just to start up. For $9 I can go down the road and get a full automatic wash and vacuum.
