There was a staff member, Akeem (I believe that was his name), who truly stood out. He was not only knowledgeable but also demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism throughout. As a consumer, these are the qualities I look for when choosing where to spend my money. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in town!”

They pay close attention to detail and have very reasonable prices for a hand wash. Employees are very friendly and took the time to explain the add-ons I requested. My car looked better than it did when I first got it out the dealership.

An unfortunate incident resulted in more than 24 cups of coffee spilled on the rear carpet of my Corolla, leaving a stain and a lingering odor. “very surprisingly that this car wash does a great job after the restoration of the automatic car wash. although what needs to be improved is refill the pre-soak and the Tri foam, plus the hose on the tripple foam is kind of clogged, but overall does a great job, including the high-pressure rinse was extremely powerful to get all the dust off. 9/10”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I’ve been to other car washes and my experience had always been mediocre. I recently started going to Ishine not so long ago and I met the manager Christopher Urbina the first day I took my car. Chris took the time even though it was pretty busy to explain to me the plans they offered and the options available. He got my car in for detailing pretty quickly after I arrived and offered me a drink and snack while I waited for my car to be done, updating me on when my car would be finished. He did that for every customer waiting for their detailing and I can honestly say I appreciated it and I’m sure everyone else did too. He then made sure to walk customers out to their cars to make sure they were satisfied with their detailing. I would recommend IShine to anyone. My husband now takes his car there too and even though it’s a bit of a longer drive for us, it’s worth it for the quality and great customer service they provide.”

“I love this car wash a lot because whenever you pay for a wash, you get a token so you can vacuum your car or buy any air fresheners, etc. But one small problem is the dryers because they do not dry the car well and need to be replaced. overall great car wash to remove the pollen and dust from the vehicle 4.8 stars.”

“Engine in my Hyundai Tucson died (do not ever by a Tucson, SantaFe, or Sonata, or actually really any Hyundai product. Palisades have design and manufacturing issues also) and of course the warranty folks want maintenance records. I have never had to deal with this before so OF COURSE my records/receipts are nowhere to be found. I called and spoke to Jackie who was so helpful. Told me she could pull my records with license plate number and have them ASAP. Also, their techs are great and don't harass you for add ons when performing maintenance. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jackie and Team!!”
