“Great fast and efficient service from this location. Restroom for women smelled absolutely delicious ( ). Young man was very courteous and respectful to us as an older couple which was highly appreciated by me as a seasoned high school teacher (excellent home upbringing). And of good note of service, the second young man in back cubicle pleasantly asked if my husband and I were together just to be sure we were both being taken care of. All-in-all with the Texas heat that can make even the simple transaction ugh ? this was a pleasant experience for me (and it’s my first Thursday afternoon from teaching school all year long and for 30 years so retirement here I come!!!! “The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”

“I couldn’t recommend this location more. After having flights cancelled during the Southwest Meltdown of 2022, we attempted to get a rental car to get home. We were unsuccessful, until an angel from Avis (I believe her name was Cassandra) answered the phone and told me they had a car. The amount of stress she took off our shoulders is something I can’t explain. She was amazing, kind, helpful and to us, our angel! Thank you so much for this extraordinary experience, myself and my family are forever grateful!”

“Had no problems reserving the car online. Had a delay in picking it up on time as they didn't have any cars available but they were nice enough to call me when it did become available. The car was nice and clean. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and courteous. I would rent from them again as the rate wasn't that outrageous for the weekend.
