Beware….I signed up for new account….it has been three weeks and still have not been able to access my funds online….branch employees direct me to call phone number and the phone employees cannot help….they are not cutting edge here. Chase is far superior….I tried cap one thinking they would have excellent online banking and customer service….it is the opposite sadly….will be transferring to another bank asap

Horrible banking experience everytime. I go make a payment, I always pay more then the minimum and everytime I get harassed that I must use the ATM, even though the ATM doesn't accept a dollar over if you paying more then the minimum, i tell the staff everytime, but everytime I get harassed. We the customers are not stupid, leave us alone if we want to Make payments through the teller, we know we can use the atm there is a eason we dont, dont you think, train your staff better on the above!!!!

This location it’s really bad in general every single time , I don’t have another location Close by but o well they will see me again and I know what kind of service I will get lol manager bad employer bad but they will see me again and again they love me

Don’t use the ATM! It’s owned by a 3rd party company so when it eats your money, there’s nothing they can do. You have to call in to start an investigation and they have up to 45 days to do so. I used this ATM twice and had issues both times. This time it actually ate my money and I found out the hard way about their process.

Notary is not licensed per bank representative. They do not legally offer notary services here even though it lets you book an appointment. Waste of time. Rep was nice. But after waiting awhile it would appear the lack of knowledge on notary service is disappointing. Maybe just an employee trying to get paid more for advertising more services. Bad business

I have been to this location and helped by Luis several times. He helped me pay off my home loan, cashier's checks, and much more. He is always professional, polite, and quick. I won't go to another location!

Awful, awful awful. I've been a customer for 18 years and we ran into a simple technical fix. Couldn't access my business account for over 10 days. All run around. No one could fix it. Calls, calls, calls. Don't bank here.

This is not a review but rather a question. 02/07/2024 To wit: Is the Woodlands branch of Capital One slated for closure in the foreseeable future. I am very interested in opening both a 360 Checking & a 360Performance Savings account involving a considerable amount of money. I was taken back a bit when I ran across three pretty negative criticisms' and an indication that the Woodlands Branch (2402 Research Forest Drive) was one of the sites which will be eliminated. I'm done with Capital One. They close branches and won't staff the others to avoid you sitting waiting for hours to get simple services. Went to open two new accounts today and instead will be closing two tomorrow one that has been open for 15 years and another for 34 years. They refuse to make appointments and clearly have no concern for their customers time. Never again will you have my business.

I stopped by to change my Business account to change it over to a different name. I waited over an hour to be seen. A rep comes over to ask me what is it that I need to do and I explained to him I needed to change my business name or actually bring documents to verify my new business name. He said he wouldn’t have Tom wto help me that I needed to call the call center because he didn’t have time. This is the 3 time I’ve came to branch to wait for over 30 minutes to tell me that they can help me. I will be changing my bank due to fact that the communication is back and forth with the call center and the branch. This is the worst location ever. I wished they had never closed the Conroe Tx location. I gave I 1 star in order to post my review
